I want to order online from fragrancex website for the first time and from middle east. reading reviews scares me as I am in middle east and don't know if their shipment is as they say on the website. Should I order or stay away?

IVE ORDERED FROM THEM, IM IN SOUTH AFRICA. I USED PAYPAL TO PAY THEM. 1ST ORDERED WAS NEVER RECEIVED AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND FROM PAYPAL. I GOT IT. BUT NOT ALL OF IT. 2ND ORDER I DID RECEIVE FROM MY POSY OFFICE AND I WAS ABLE TO TRACK IT.
