I tried the app for 6 months but found no connections, as the app did a horrible job of finding anyone with the criteria I gave them. So just before my subscription ended they attempted to charge my credit card with no permission for an additional 6 months. I immediately cancelled the subscription the day before my 6 month's end, contacted customer service telling them to refund my money and uninstalled the app. Their customer service then refused to refund my money and I had to dispute the charge with my credit cards company.
I've been single for some time now, and 2 of my friends had great success on Zoosk, so I thought I would give a try, and I'm glad I did. I met someone that I feel was a match made in Heaven
False advertising. A lot of the people are not people but robots. There is no one in my area and I refuse to drive hours to find love. It's cool though. I'm guessing being alone is the way to be.
I met someone on my first day on the site and he is absolutely amazing, but I think that it is way too expensive especially for a 1 month subscription and all the other little things you have to pay for.
It didn't take long for me to meet the love of my life. Thank you! We have everything in common. I will definitely recommend this site to all my friends who are looking for someone.
Most profiles are not members. Most members are not active. Leaving very limited possibilities for matches. Not given credit for days when not able to access website. Not able to sign into my account on the last day of my subscription.

The site has real life people. Very easy to use and the women were very pleasant and mature. I have recomended zoos to all of my single friends.

I had a subscription to Zoosk a little over a year ago, I really enjoyed it and met some nice ladies. 2 months ago I subscribed again, totally different experience all together. No response on messages, I even paid so that anyone could respond. The amount of scammers on there has become Ridiculous. Then after canceling my subscription (the day after) it showed I had 14 messages. Smart picks, I seen woman that were not there the day before or, the entire 2 months I had paid for it. Zoosk, a (bait and switch) scam now? I'm thinking that's pretty spot on, y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.
Had 4 scammer solicit money or iTunes gift cards. Very few credible local matches. Same people over and over. I think they have someone to send you a message so you have to pay to look even if they are not even in the same state. After you join the people will not talk to you again or some were scammers. Phone verification is required; otherwise they will not let you read messages after paying the subscription. Then after verification; I started to receive scammers calls. This was a new number and not registered with anyone prior. Stay away!
I am pleased to have met a great person named Kelly through this site and honestly if I had seen him in public I never ever would think he would have approached me to introduce himself nor that i would be his type. All this for $29.99! Lol. I hope he is the last first date I go on! I hope everyone finds love and if you don't in a month then I would unsubscribe! Thank You Zoosk!
I would recommend it to everyone, you get choose who you like and don't like. Sometimes the one you like don't answer back but you move on to the next one to see who has the same quality as you do.
Same people on here everyday! It doesn't matter what you put in your preferences because you'll just see pretty much everyone that's on here no matter their age or where they live. Zoosk emails me who they think would be a good match for me but they are always the same people who I have either replied "not interested" or they aren't even in the parameters of my search. I have been interested in a few only to find out that their profile is fake and they aren't real. They disappear within a day of just viewing them. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - LOOK FOR FREE SITES.
I was skeptical at first and didn't know what to expect, but it turned out it was a really good experience for me. I was glad I had a chance to join and meet someone really nice.
Has to be the largest scam in existence. Took me 3 hours to cancel my subscription. I speak English not broken Spanish or whatever language it maybe. They needed a photo of my driver's license. Why? All I wanted to do was close out my account. Before they were done they had every iota of my personal information and it still wasn't closed. Poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. They will definitely never get me back
