Before you buy you should know a few things they don't tell you. If you are not satisfied, you need to upload pictures showing the reason why. Except that it always gets an error message. So I sent the pics of issues to the customer service email only to be told that well, you need to send it to China to return it and you are responsible for international shipping charges back to China including tariffs.
Material was very flimsy. I sent a pic showing you could see my fingerprints behind the material when I put my hand behind the material
Sizing was bizarre. I did check the measurements. In fact, I ordered what I thought might be a bit tight on the tops based on the chart - a medium. It was so loose 2 of me could have fit in and I sent a picture. Then the pants I ordered a size large even though based on the chart I should have easily been a medium. I couldn't even fit them on to take a pic of me in it. So I laid them side by side- their large and my usual medium. Their large was 1.5 inches smaller than my medium (so 3 inches in diameter) That is a big difference One of the blouses was so big when I stretched my arm out the sleeve went 2 inches beyond my fingertips. I felt like a little girl trying on my mommy's clothes. Even though I followed the size charts for both tops and bottoms.
Do NOT buy anything from them. Poor quality material, bizarre sizing (you don't know what you will get) and they are basically telling you that you are stuck with it because it will cost more to send back. And then, they DO NOT TELL YOU THE ADDRESS TO SEND BACK.

Your website is easy to navigate and I received my product sooner than expected

Clothes not as pictured, cheap flimsy when I ask to return they told me I had to pay custom fees, and additional charges, offered to refund me 15% of what I paid. Then when I said no they offered me 50%. RIIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF in my opinion, no where in the return policy did it mention costly custom fees and to CHINA. Why would they offer 15% of what I paid. The return address on the package was New York. But I can return there. I have to return to CHIna.

Took way too long to get here.
And have other orders in same position.
Like the products, but very delayed delivery hampers the process.

It was good prices, but it kept changing the price. I finally figured out it was the coupon. I finally got the prices I expected. I wish I could leave a note with the purchase, it was a gift.

Past orders have shown that the fit is pretty tight for the sizes stated, I have since been ordering a size larger but find they are still tight.

Returning items is not easy. Really impossible. I have to pay for return shipping to China, way too expensive. There should be an easier way for returns. One of my items was canceled and not received in the shipment. A refund should have went to my PayPal account at that time. No refund to date for that item. The 15% offer to not return the items is absurd. That would mean I would get $20. I am returning the items because I can't wear them. The fabric is of poor quality. The sizes not comparable to United States sizes. I want to return all but (1) item. Prices are great but I know why now. You get what you pay for!

I enjoy shopping at Zolucky: both the website experience and the fun inexpensive apparel makes it a joy.

Thought it was a good price and jersey too. Receiving it, the fabric was thin but this is what you get when you cannot feel. See it in the flesh

Easy to shop and place the order. The dress came in the time they said it would arrive and I could follow where it was to the time it arrived.

They have nice looking items on their website, but when you get them they are not as advertised. Then when you want to return them they offer you 15% of the item price to keep them. And tell you that they have to be returned to China, which is a total lie since they are shipped from Jamaica Florida! Do not order from this company!

It took almost two months for my delivery. I received my packages today 03-04-2022/ Loved the products. Was worried that I would never receive them.

I bought three sweaters at this store. It was just what he needed. I loved the simplicity of everything, it will look great with my jeans. Thanks, keep up the good work.

My pair of shorts I ordered were supposed to be a 2XL and I got a small, all the shirts I ordered were the wrong size. Needless to say I am very disappointed and probably will not shop your site again! Never received my bracelet either!

Good fabric, as pictured, shoulders, bust and waist fit. Not enough room at the hips and mine are not larger than my bust.

Your shipping costs are a little high otherwise I like your products.

With much deliberation I chose and bought several pieces of clothing. As it turned out, two of the heavier weight pieces were a tad too small. Trying to return them, I was told I needed to send them directly to China! No where on Zolucky's website had I seen that. If I had I would never have ordered from Zolucky.

I was disappointed that your website did not have a tracking order to follow through with shipment. The negative reviews were bad. Not knowing that my order would be shipped or not.
