Shopping experience good, now need to wait and see quality before I order more

Sizing is so inaccurate, a 3x =usa large. Fabric is cheap with patterns looking like a photo. They charge shipping and when it doesn't even match THEIR size chart measurements they make you send it to china when it ships from new york. They offered me a quick return of 10.79 on a 89.00 order. Pay pal will do nothing for you so don't waste your time

I ordered 2 Dresses both size Medium and one is too small and the other too big.

I have no issue with the products. The problem was with the delivery.
I just happened to be outside my front gate when the courier drove past at great speed.
My full address is written on my gate post in large letters but he did not stop to look. His vehicle was unmarked. Then he drove back past me again at great speed.
Later on a neighbour came with my parcel. He said he told the driver where to find me but he insisted leaving the parcel with him. I will not order any further products from Zolucky due to the apparent delivery difficulties.

Took too long to get to me. The mailing was very very slow.

I had an amazing experience with this company, at first I got a little concern due to the long delivery service, I called customer service, they respond right away and assure me my package is on the way. I received my packages and was very pleased.

It has been an Easy seamless process. So lucky also delivered the item promptly.

Some items disappear from my cart. One shirt I really wanted I could not find back. Otherwise, excellent. Fabric quality not what I expected

The site is easy to use and delivery was within the time stated. But I am disappointed as most of the tops are not as attractive as shown. The polyester material used cheapens the top. I am returning several of the tops.

Items weren't as described. If it weren't so expensive, I would have sent them back.

Had trouble with putting code in you gave me for a discount but got it I guess?

Everything is clearly shown and the price is really good!

Planned to have everything professionally fitted so not disappointed the clothes are too large.

Easy site to navigate! Was able to go to each category and look at each item.

Clothing was not as shown and was not in the size I ordered. I ordered medium and I think they were both XXL. I couldn't return them because it is very expensive to send to China and there would be customs and duty problems they told me when I inquired about doing a return. So I just gave them away to charity and wrote off the $62 I had spent buying and shipping.

Cute items for sale. Enjoyed the selection of tops and bought a pair of shoes.

Great choices. I love the tops that I ordered (8). Most were true to size. I gave two to my daughter.
I was very impressed with how quickly Zolucky responded to an issue I had with my order.

ISSUE
I emailed ZOLUCKY that I had received only four of the eight items I ordered. ZOLUCKY immediately sent me an email explaining where the other four tops were. ZOLUCKY also gave me an approximate date on when I should receive my other four tops? ZOLUCKY gave me tracking numbers. All within a 10 minute time frame. I said "WOW". I have received all my tops within the time frame ZOLUCKY said I would receive them. GREAT JOB!
