I have been a advisor on their website right from the beginning. I used to earn a lot of money on the website when I first signed up but over the years, this has dwindled down to logging on and their being no clients. Therefore, this being a complete waste of my time, I have not logged on. My screen name on the website was Lady Mogwa and I had over 1000 five star reviews. Anyway, this company owed me nearly $60 and they just closed my account for no reason without paying me a single cent of what is due to me. How do you like that. I hope this company runs to the ground and that their clients are aware of what and how they treat their hard working advisors. This is absolutely sickening.

I have been on this site for a few years now and I honestly did like the site at first but now with the issues I been having for now 8 days straight have not been able to take chats on the desktop or on the app. Losing a lot of money and clients over this and not happy since I have complained but do not seem to be getting any resolve.

I contacted zodiac psychics through their website to apply to be a reader (by clicking apply to be a reader on zodiacpsychics.com)and had somebody email me back named * jessie lauriston* i went through the "application process" for over 2 months emailing back and fourth basically jumping through hoops for this application process

And was told over a week ago that i was approved, but never heard anything back from this person so i went ahead and contacted zodiac psychics through support and told them everything i have went through and well it was A LOT of trauma because i last night came to find out this person does NOT work for zodiac psychics and i have given them all of my personal information, this is a very serious matter

This was the response i received from someone named "Zara" last night

"Please be advised that we information in the email fail to correspond to reality, we have nothing to do with these emails."

As well as

"Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, this is an illegitimate email and most likely it was sent to you by attackers. We are not responsible for the data that you provided to Jesse Lauriston since all our official emails are sent with the zodiac domain."

This means that somebody has access to the zodiac psychics application email and who knows how many other people went through this and gave out personal information and ID photos and videos of my face, its a very serious matter and i cannot express how upset i truly am right now because zodiac psychics or adviqo are not taking this seriously and it doesn't seem to be a problem for them?!?!

I'm a new advisor on Zodiac, and I'm having technical issues with their software already after I updated a driver on my computer. I have tried reaching Support, but apparently they don't have anyone manning their chat boxes or email Fri-Sun! The software was working okay (for chats) prior to the driver update, but now I'm also having an issue with client calls going directly to voicemail instead of ringing through to my phone. I checked my phone settings, it's not set to block unknown callers so WTF? Very frustrating to both my new clients and to me trying to get established on the service. Also, they offer 3 free minutes to every "new" caller and people tend to hang up at 2:59 min naturally. It's exactly like Kassiekai where I've been signed up to work for almost 4 months now. I don't see how anyone can make any income working on these sites! I do not recommend either site if you're lookling to become an advisor. And I'm a genuine intuitive who's been doing in-person and email readings on my own as a hobby for over 20 years. Very disappointing.

Zodiac psychics is a complete scam. They are based out of New Zealand but their billing phone number is to some guy named Craig in FL. Sketchy right there. No verifiable advisors or site. Site has many technical issues. Locks you out. Freezes mid session with an advisor causing your money to waste. Won't let you type or comment because of freezing or technical issues. They stole my money by double charging me numerous times. I tried to contact zodiac about it but no reply back so like any normal person I disputed with my bank and they labeled it fraud because of the suspicious activity of this company and this guy Craig comes back at me by email calling it fraud when they are the real frauds. Stay away from this site at all costs. They also caused a virus on my computer which caused me to get a new computer. They are total scammers!

I worked for them for 6 months each month they would disable my account without any valid reasons. One time i got told it was due to client giving personal details, if a client ends up giving their details randomly how is it the readers fault? They happily suspended so many readers for this reason but yet kept clients who done this every day. Why? Money hungry company! They owe me over $1000 & refuse to pay me & have blocked me from emailing them!

I worked for Zodiac Psychic for about 6 months with no issues and then all of a sudden I received an email stating that my profile pic wasnt within standards because my hair was cut off. So I changed it, then I received another email stating that my "about me" section of my profile wasnt long enough which wasnt true but I updated that. Then I was told because I got a reading I couldnt be an advisor anymore. Which no where in the contract does it say that. They termed my contract and disabled my account. I was owed $76.80 that I earned. I wrote several emails to Jhoenna who kept saying she was waiting to hear back from her Finance team and would get back to me. I even wrote them on FB, same thing about her sending a message to them and waiting to hear back. I was eventually blocked because I put on FB that they owe me money and are scammers! I know I'm not owed much but it's the principal. I would like other Advisors with the same issues to email me please. When I first started with Zodiac they paid me twice by mistake. Which made me want to stay with them. Me and my wife both worked for them. Sometimes later on we did have trouble getting paid as others had talked about. But it all worked out. But when they found out that me and my wife both worked there. We all of a sudden had tech issues that they could not fix... which was also a complaint mentioned by someone else. So we quit. She never did any more readings after she got paid and they owed me $10.00 that I never did get. Verifying what others have complained about. It is hard to work for someone knowing that you might not get paid. But considering that I am still ahead because I got paid twice. Maybe I should change this to a two star...

The site removed my ratings when I rated the psychics lower. They even adjusted my rating to a 4 when I had given a1. They also changed my comment. I'm convinced that it's a fake Site.

Many of the best psychics are on this page. Realist were all on cue. So was General Perception and SOX. I did not talk to everyone. They are also good about quality and keeping psychics from establishing multiple accounts. There is a double standard... Customers can open multiple accounts... They also do not allow self engineered feedback that is so popular on many websites. Another double standard. A disgruntled customer can always open another account and leave another bad review on a psychic they don't like. Bad Karma!. Advisers who are jealous can do the same. Feedback on the site is often removed but not always, They keep changing there mind on that policy, Saying that some is justified. How would a person know whether a phone conversation was justified or not unless they were listening in or recording the conversations, Who has time to listen to every conversation unless they are all recorded for future reference... Sometimes customers will open extra accounts just to take advantage and to get more complimentary free minutes. You can trust that you don't end up talking to the same psychics under different names. Like you see with many other sites. However customers can keep coming back under a different name. Karma and a double standard... Some things are good and some things not so much. Too unstable. NOT consistent!

Gave two stars due to pros and cons to work as an advisor. My relative got laid off and seriously needed a part-time job to pay the bills. He applied to be an advisor on this website, and was immediately accepted without going through any screening process. He later acted as a psychic basically by "interpreting" the message the website provided. According to him, when he first set off reading for people, the advisor screen side bar already showed the background info of clients. He said it was super easy to read for these miserable clients there. Sometimes the info appeared on the advisor's side bar was even excerpted from the transcript that the same client shared with other advisors in their previous sessions. When my relative failed to provide a satisfied reading, he always had no trouble to have that negative review deleted by the customer service team. Overall, he earned a good money to pay bills before got another employment. However, my relative left because this website frequently delayed the payment, and always found different excuses to deduct his earning. This is a very small psychic website and the traffic, compared to other psychic platforms, is very low. It is basically a one-person company. The owner created several accounts to play a different roles in the customer service team, financial department, and management. My relative said it was a very special experience to play as a comedian on this interesting website.

Ive been having technical issues on this site for weeks now... ever since i was falsely accused of having my bank investigate payments to them. Ever since... ive had issues almost daily trying to process payments and recieve service. Ive contacted the site and google play multiple times. And im beyond frustrated. Especially since the original accusations were never true and ive spent thousands of dollars here... i dont expect special treatment. But not having to contact support nearly everyday for the same issue would be great. Prior to this issue i would have given higher rating
