Zipsignals.net has 1 customer review.
I invested with ZipSignal under the guidance of their representative Jim Smith, following their promises of cryptocurrency trading services. I paid several fees totaling over USD 4,000, including unexpected fees (like USD 1.250 fee for transferring the gains to a platform selected the Zip Signals + USD 900 fee "for blockchain security protocols", right after assuring me there would no more fees). Despite this last fee, so far the funds have never reached my main-net.
Additionally, I paid USD 750 for services related to guiding me on setting a p2p account on another crypto platform and converting my Bitcoin gains to cash. This payment was requested by the representative Jim Smith, but he claimed the company had refused to acknowledge it as due and demanded I repeat the payment before refunding the first one. I ended up making the payment again, trusting their promise to refund the original payment upon receipt of the repeat payment.
Despite multiple requests over several weeks, Zip Signals has failed to deliver the promised services (specifically, releasing my funds and guiding me in converting them to cash) and has not refunded the USD 750 payment. I have tried to resolve the issue directly with Zip Signal and Jim Smith but have received no adequate response: Initially communication was slow and unsatisfactory, and now they have ceased all communication for almost 2 weeks. I am now pursuing formal complaints with consumer protection authorities and considering legal action.
I share this experience to caution others to be careful: it seems that ZipSignal is a scam company, that makes you pay large fees in the hope in the hope or receiving your due earnings, and then withhold the client's investment and correspondent profits.
