Like the rest of the reviews I fell for the scam. My purchase was on April 14,2020, received tracking number etc. Everything appeared ok, but item never came. I tried numerous emails and phone calls but they bounced back and phone was incorrect. I check with UPS and the tracking number, it shows the item has been delivered. What? I didn't receive any order. We checked our security cameras and no delivery made. I contact UPS, the delivery address and phone number was in my city but not mine and the ship from address was Minnesota. That's when I thought something was fishy and I've been scammed. I could have bought the item from Home Depot for the same price but wanted to buy from a small business owner, well I won't do that again. Recently, repurchased this time from large, well-known box store.
I fell victim also be careful all don't buy all these crooks wanted is out money its been 3 weeks for mine
Never received what we ordered. Called left message no return call. Tried to reply to emails they sent but returned can not find website. Don't use or order from these morons take your money and nothing.

These people are scammers. I purchased 2 orders of Gatorade protein bars over a month ago. They were supposed to be shipped in 3-5 days; It's been a month! They won't respond to my email and the contact number is disconnected. Do not buy from them! I'm considering it as a lesson learned!
Placed an order on May 3rd, was processing until May 13th. I tried to send an email to find out why my order was still processing, got booted. It booted my tracking info as well. Tried to call the number, that number doesnt exist. The site has no way to contact them, and my payment was taken out of my bank account on May 4th. Hopefully my bank will reimburse me for the money. This is a hack site that steals money from people. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTH8NG FROM THIS SITE
I ordered a showerhead received an email that it was numbered with a tracking number it was delivered to d o c k and signed by Ramsey have no idea what that means. I have tried to contact the company emails keep bouncing back phone number is invalid what do you do with a company like this would like my money back and don't know how to get to them anybody knows please let me know I would not recommend this company to anybody.

This company is terrible! Two weeks of trying to contact them a zillion times by phone only to get a private party that has nothing to do with this company & many emails bouncing back I ended up purchasing same item elsewhere. I told Zintoys in email that kept bouncing back to cancel my order because of not being able to contact them & I'm worried of business being legit. I told them at this point do not send this item & refund me. A week later they went on to send me a tracking number but not taken to carrier yet. So I sent another email saying do not take to carrier. All of sudden it seems these emails were getting through, but later bounced again. They ended up a couple days later taking item to post office & mailing it. I now have this item that I ordered elsewhere & do not need. So much time & waisted effort because of them being a ghost. I'm so mad at this company & do not recommend them to anyone. Do not purchase from this company!
I ordered item & have no way to contact them. Their email bounced & phone number goes to a private number. I will have to try to reverse charge with my credit union.

I ordered a roaster but then realized I ordered the wrong brand. The site says I can cancel the order within 24 hours. I sent the cancellation within minutes. The Email Bounced I tried the service Email, it too bounced. The phone number is disconnected. I now have an item I cannot use and do not want. Several attempts were made over the two weeks before the unwanted item arrived but no luck. I'd even pay for a restock at this point but no body is home apparently
