I had a weekend to migrate the content from a Windows 10 laptop to a new Windows 11 one. I purchased Zinstall to simplify the process. I spend an entire day trying to get it to work. It would hang after running several hours, leaving my new laptop touchpad disabled and display modified. I did a factory reset and tried again with the same result. I was running out of time so I gave up, did another factory reset, and did it manually. I contacted Zinstall support and requested a refund since I was never able to get their software to work. The initial response looked promising, but there was no follow-up. I tried repeatedly over several days and they kept putting up roadblocks. I was told that I needed to run diagnostics on both laptops and send them the results. I did this and received an email that they would get back to me. After waiting several days, I reached out again by email and did not receive a response. I also tried their "chat with a live person" and they never responded and closed the chat. I have submitted a claim to my credit card to try to get a refund. Save yourself the headaches and choose a vendor that offers and honors a money-back guarantee.

I spent 2 frustrating hours trying to migrate programs and data from my old computer to my new one. Unless you are fluent in manipulating firewalls and connections, don't try this on your own I could not get the migration to work. I called and requested a refund and only got to leave a message for them, to call back.
You never get anything but an answering service, answering machine or email. When I did talk to a representative, they were not empowered to do anything but forward to another department. I am still waiting for my response and refund.

I used their software to transfer a number of diagnostic programs from an old computer to a newer one. The software did not transfer all programs and none of the saved passwords. I contacted the company, nothing,. I called and was told someone would call back. Nothing. DO NOT use this company! Their website does not even mention a return/refund policy because they don't plan to give you your money back when their software doesn't work.

I used this program in 2015 then again in 2022 going from Win10 to 11 on a new computer. As a repeat customer, I was given a discount on the purchase price. It is easy to use and does a great job. Highly recommend!
Update: The transfer of data from Win 10 to 11 did not work. The program froze after many hours and would never complete. I tried it twice and gave up. I would only give this program 3 stars based only on my 2015 experience. Zinstall appears to have a "no refund" policy or it is hidden so deep you can't find it. It was a lot of money to spend for nothing. Ended up rebuilding all my data from scratch. Disappointed!
