I went through the demo, spoke with multiple contacts, verified all accounts and when it came time to process payments. I was not able to. Now my credit card information is no longer in the system, and contacts are not helpful.
Horrific service. Horrific options for paying bills on time due to their inadequate review process. No matter how detailed my invoices were they denied them & caused me to go into default with my landlords by delaying my rent payments for over FOUR weeks. THEN they initiated a system upgrade that included not being able to process payments until 3/7/25 delaying my payments another week. The person I was dealing with off shore could have cared less. It is upsetting that my Chase business card uses Zil money. I will be making better choices moving forward. Stay away from anything or anyone that uese Zil Money.

Bill payments—especially card related go through a strict verification process to meet compliance and security standards, which can occasionally cause delays.
