They are nothing but, Con Artists, They have conned me out of money that they stole from my Bank Account. Not only this but they Wanted me to PHOTO COPY my Credit card to send to them, They already had my Bank details when I signed up to them, And when I won an auction they were running at the time, which was a Camera of which I NEVER Received they took out the sum of."£59.99" out of my Account. Bearing in mind the item I won was "£1.00 and oddments." I AM VERY ANGRY.

I bought a senseo coffeemaker in September or won a auction whatever. Now there is many conditions they blind you with like cheap I pads. Did u try to get something as soon as u get to 1second the server automatically goes off. It happened twice with me. Now the stupid coffee maker first you pay it is taken of immediately, note immediately. Now when I buy something online from respectable sites I am use to get my stuff delivered with my address details now this is where problem starts. Or the sh... t hit the fan. U must download a visa form and complete it. Why they took my money already. And u must send them a copy of your life history(lol) I was worried and should have stopped there. I did send it to them and no reply. I contacted them and they said they did not receive everything. I must send my ID again I was fuming. Ii sent a bigger copy. But in the mean time they took $100 from my credit card. Phoned them and ask what that was for, something like Premium membership which I agreed on. Really a surprise tor me. By this time i could have bought in a shop a decent coffee machine. Now I am waiting for my machine and this morning another $100 was taken from me. Now I found out that they will take another months fee from me. Shame on you for conning me. But shame on me for letting me conned the second time. You can't talk to this live persons they where trained very well. I don't think there are people with them after 3 months and that is what they are bargaining for. They don't care about the customers but only about the fees for 3 months. They should be reported to the American authority or maybe human rights is not so important as they seem it to be.

When i first saw the site i thought wow lets have a go luckily i won ipod shuffle 2gb for 3.61 GBP on my first bid (free bid so no bids were bought) and thought its too good to be true, so i went to pay for the item with my credit card all went through fine but then they started asking for important documents such as home details, credit card info, copy of credit card front and back, driving licence or passport and utility bill to be sent through to them, i spoke to the live assistant and asked for my item but they refused and said u need to send in those documents before we can release the item, on no part of the terms and conditions does it say to provide this information, so i will not b getting the product by the looks of it, but luckily i have cancelled my credit card and told them about the situation + told them that it was a scamming site and they helped me out by refunding the amount. Problem solved.

PS. Stay away from ziinga.com site don't fall in to there trap, should really research any site b4 making any payments.

Please stop if you planning to buy something from Ziinga.com, its all fraud and you will end up with nothing in your hand. They will not show you the real picture and terms and conditions untill you bid and win something. Once you have a become a successful bidder for any stuff then they gonna ask you to provide very important documents of your identity like passport and drving license copies and credit card scanned copies (front and back). They have not mentioned it in there terms and condition page and will say you to send these documents otherwsie your deal will be cancelled. Moreover they will subscribe you for platinum membership without asking which will cost you 59 pounds after the trial period expires. Dont make yourself fool and don't buy from ziinga.

Regards,
Khan

These guys are real ripp-offs! I had won an auction and paid for the bid and 4 weeks go by when i check on the shipment of my prize they tell me it has been forfeited because i have cancelled my membership. The problem i am having is that before i even cancelled the membership i asked one of the customer service agents if i will still receive my prize even if i cancel and they confirmed yes i will. I think they should at least refund my credit card...

Boy did I goof!
December 23, 2010

Boy did I goof! I didn't read the small print. I thought that this would be a cool site until I received an receipt for $149. Going against my credit card. With in 20 minutes of receiving this I was on the phone to credit card trying to stop the charge from going through. I then starting email them at their (*******@ziinga.com) email address telling them to cancel, I did not want. So far I have emailed the 7 times telling them the same thing. I will fight this charge to the end. My credit card company did give me Ziinga's phone number with is in UK. Which I won't call yet. I have used E-bay and Craigs list for years and I am extremly happy with them. I have only had one problem on E-bay, but was able to get my money back with out the hassle that I think this one is going to be…. Never will I do business with a company that is out of the USA

I think 90% of these sites just the iphone4 as their main draw, I wonder if that is the most effective thing and what people really want for 5 cents. Nice site design for a penny auction site. If you are going to play, make sure you understand the concept.
