The salespeople were cold and they don't even recognize the customers. No hello, good-bye or thank you! I felt like I was bothering them shopping there.
Quality is not that great. I ordered a bunch of cotton t shirts that showed up so paper thin. 2 were decent quality. The other 4 were not worth half the price I paid... I returned 4 out of 6. Returns are not free. I'm out 20$ in ship,return ship, and tax not refunded just for placing an order. However, I do applaud the fact they ship in paper without plastic bags. Probably won't order from them again.
Unfortunately, this fantastic shop in-store & online is becoming terrible after changing policy return & we can't exchange online!

Assaulted by the sales person. Had to call 911. They do not have a corporate office where YouCam make a complaint. Galleria mall Buffalo.
First time ordering online, will never do again. Attempted to speak to a representative three times to resolve an issue with my order. The two piece linens did not match. I asked if they had lined linen pants, neither rep knew what that meant. I could not get a English speaking representative. Worst experience with a retailer I have ever had. DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE! You will be frustrated beyond belief. Absolutely TERRIBLE!
Very bad customer service. I returned a product and received a IN card of Zara from store almost 2 weeks this card is not working. Multiple times I messaged the customer service in chat as well as in WhatsApp twice they changed and updated case numbers. High escalations and high priority case as per them. Yet I didn't get any single call or card replacement. Irresponsible customer service
It has got to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced, no body English enough to actually understand and help me with a package they lost. One person hung up on me, another said managers don't talk to people. They just repeat themselves. It's a shame I've been a customer for years never ordering anything again. Not supporting that.
I ordered multiple items and returned one dress which was too small. ZARA returned to me without refund saying it smelled of perfume. Tags intact, never worn, no smell! I had the dress on for aprx 3-4 minutes.
Customer service said nothing they can do. My guess is the dress went on sale and this is why a refund was not issued.
I purchased a coat from Zara online in Canada. I wanted to gift it to my mom as I was visiting my family. Unfortunately the style and size did not fit well, so she didn't like it. I was out of country for a month, so I tried to contact them, there was no email, no actual person on chat option and I was unable to make a direct phone call. When I came back, I went to the store in metropolis at Metrotown and very politely requested them to help me with the refund, the employee called the store manager. She just gave the customer care phone number. I called them, as soon as the person on phone got to know that I passed the 30 day return policy, he was not even willing to listen. There was no way I could do the return within 30 days in Canada. They don't accept returns in a different country, I was in UK at that time. All they keep on repeating is 30 Day return policy, I don't need this product, it's brand new, I can't sell it but Zara CAN. I work in customer service and I do exceptions depending on the situation. Zara really need to learn what CUSTOMER SERVICE is.

I purchased a blazer from Zara and waited more than a week for this product and had high hoped for it, but when I got the blazer it was worn, stained, and very dirty/smelly. NEVER IN MY LIFE WOULD I SHOP HERE AGAIN. ITS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES. IF YOU DONT WANT CRAPPY AND WORN CLOTHING FROM HERE, I'D STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU NOT TO SHOP HERE. IT WONT EVEN LET ME UPLOAD THE PHOTOS FOR IT!
Post covid time, Zara has degraded.
The in-store experience isn't good because of the long lines for billing and trial.
I stopped buying from Zara when, on my last online purchase, I got pants that were semi-transparent, which was not visible in their photoshopped images. Since I had grey color in same pants, without any reluctance I purchased pink pants in it. For which I paid 290 extra delivery charges since it was on discount at that time.
Now for return, I have to pay 100 extra, so much hassle and waste of time.
I purchased a dress from Zara online. I returned the item as I found it too small. I did open the package but never tried the dress and packed it back into original paper packaging. Two weeks later received an email that they will not refund me as the dress has signed of using. Impossible as I never even tried it on. Contacted Customer Service via WhatsApp as they do not have contact line. The customer service was highly unprofessional as they were ignoring me when asked for reports from our conversation and pictures of labels confirms that it was the dress which I have send to them. Also, they didn't want to provide the name of the person I was talk with. They send me random picture of the dress with black stain. It is not proving that I made the stain which I didn't as I didn't even wore it. It could be damaged in the warehouse or during the delivery. Now they are sending me only automatic messages how sorry they are but they won't refund me for the dress. They claims that they send it back but didn't want to provide the tracking number etc. now they sending me damaged dress without the refund. Highly DO NOT Recommend buying anything with Zara. They just causing the problems, customer service doesn't exist at all. There is no contact line that you can speak with real person. They just send automatic replies. AVOID ZARA!
I am a patient of a serious disease. And due to the medication I have been double up of my weight in just 3 months. Being on this dreadful disease has already made me weak and look sick and lil awful, now I had to attend an important event for which I wanted to look better, so I was looking for some better clothing coz my old clothes doesn't fits me now... After dozen of trials, I found some decent dress in Zara and coz the colour I want wasn't available in store I ordered online. But it gave me 3 disturbed and stressful nights. But nothing else... Zara sent these products on wrong courier service, I was waiting for my parcel, instead I got a mail that it's returned back... After that I kept chasing to mail services and then to Zara customer care... But they didn't were horrible... They didn't helped me with anything, even they themselves asked for few replacement, when I said yes. They gave up on that too... for everything that kept laying... I felt so frustrated and betrayed by this big brand... And end up getting sick and couldn't went out for that event.
Never order anything from Zara
I made a purchase on June 30th of five dresses. I received an email confirming shipment but I never got the dresses and never heard from them until I contact them for updates on my order. I was told three out of the five dresses I purchased were out of stock?! Like, how's that even possible? I canceled the whole order. Super disappointed!

It's disheartening to invest in clothing only to have them deteriorate so rapidly.
Furthermore, the customer service I received was subpar. When attempting to address my concerns, I encountered unhelpful and dismissive responses from the representatives. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
As a result of these experiences, I am hesitant to continue supporting Zara as a brand. Consistency and quality should be the foundation of any clothing company, and unfortunately, Zara has failed to meet these expectations.
I genuinely hope that Zara takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their product quality and customer service. There is room for growth and development, and I believe that by prioritizing these aspects, Zara can regain the trust of dissatisfied customers like myself.
In conclusion, my experience with Zara has been disappointing, with subpar clothing quality and unsatisfactory customer service. I hope that the company takes steps to address these issues and prioritize customer satisfaction moving forward.

SHE REFUSED TO GIVE HER NAME FOR REFERENCE.

THEN MANAGER AND 2 SECURITY GUYS ASKED TO SPEAK TO ME…
THE MANAGER HAD A SENSOR IN HER HAND AND SHE SAID THE SENSOR FELL FROM THE BAG IN MY HAND.
SHE SAID THAT WAS "SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY " AND SO SHE'S BANNED ME FROM THE STORE!
I WAS CONFUSED BY HER RIDICULOUS LOGIC.
THE SECURITY COULD NOT EXPLAIN WHY I WAS BEING BANNED EITHER.
I'VE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH ZARA CUSTOMER SERVICE & MALL MANAGEMENT.
I'M AWAITING THEIR RESPONSE!

No respect for customers. Customer cars is rude,I feel bad each time I contact them. I guess they help some forms if corruption in Montenegro.
Purchased an expensive top in the Zara sale. Wore once, washed at 30* as per care instructions, and it shrunk beyond being able to wear it. Neither in store manager or online customer service via WhatsApp would refund me despite having the receipt dated within 2 weeks and the original price tags. Store told me to contact customer service. Customer service told me to contact store. No refund.
This is the 2nd top from there with the same issue.
Definitely should have read the reviews before expecting any resolution for faulty items.

Answer: That's right I am also returning accepting since Dec 28, we are now Jan 15 and I don't have my money back. Each time I call them they tell me today u will receive it
