I must first say that I love Zara. I always shop at this at Zara no matter where I am. I live in Cork- Ireland and I really need to say that it is a shame how messy the Zara shop in Mahon Point Shopping Centre is. OMG I was there last weekend and I could not buy anything. It gets so stressing try to find a piece in the middle of that mess. I could see clothes on the floor, boxes in the middle of the shop as if it was a stockroom. Please, manager you should do something about it.
Bad service i will never buy at this store ever again and i was a really good customer.
My 83 year old mom and my aunts were stranded and neglected at Zara Paris today.
I was on a wedding trip for my niece. We were at Zara Paris Champs Elysee store and my wallet with $500 and 551 cash and all my credit cards and US drivers license was stolen from my handbag at Zara.
I asked the security and they DONT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH and they are so indifferent. I looked around the store for my wallet. I asked for the manager and I was with my 83 year old mom and her 60+ year old 4 friends.
Nobody at ZARA Paris tried to help. I am stranded in Paris with No money no credit cards. The store checks bags when people enter but they don't care if something like a theft happens in the store. Which we found out was EVERYDAY.
So I cancelled all credit cards and I asked all Zara security and manager. They didn't help. I went to the police and filed a report. The police will check the cameras and will see that THE POOR SECURITY inside the Zara store. And how my 83 year old mom and her old friends and I were left with NO HELP AT ZARA.
Horrible customer service and horrible security. Anyone can come with a knife even to steal or stab anyone. It's unacceptable in the US this type of service you would get better service at Mcdonalds in USA
We are very frustrated with Zara Customer Care attitude. Zara.com sent our merchandise to the wrong address. Zara's ordering system is completely dehumanized and not controlled by employees. We contacted Zara Customer Care. First person called herself as Collette refused to help. She was extremely relactant to connect us to Customer Care supervisor in charge. Finally person who called herself as Jasmin talked to us and categorically refused to take responsibility for Zara's mistake suggesting customers should control all zara.com operations. She was extremely unfriendly. We understand that it is zara.com as merchant responsibility to control flows, not customers. Instead of helping customers Customer Care employees are behaving carelessly. Looks like they have common attitude that dominates in most of businesses located in Manhattan. Very sad!
Hice una compra en Zara. Es de $145 dólares. I spent $170 on zara.com. One of the items I bought was a pair of children leggings. After one wash the leggings were completely pilled and looked terrible. I contacted zara by phone and they told me to send an email with a photo. I did this and got a computer generated email saying the email address was no longer valid. I called back and they said they no longer have that email address and to instead get online and chat by message and send the photo. So I did this and the person told me it would be reviewed and someone would get back with me. Several days later I get a call saying it wasn't the manufacturing so they will not issue a refund. Mind you, I am asking for a return of $13 and I will gladly send the leggings back and this is on an order of $170. But no, they will not stand behind their products when the fabric they choose does not hold up after ONE wash. Terrible customer service. This would not happen at Gap or Jcrew. Companies in my opinion that offer WAY higher quality clothes.
I ordered a dress and a shirt. I live in an apartment building. My packages was delivered by fedex but stolen by someone on my apartment building. I never received what I paid for. Fed ex says they delivered. Zara does not care. I HATE ZARA AND WILL NEVER SHOP THERE FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE. They don't care about their consumer. They don't care about the 5 year old foreign child sewing their clothes they only care about profits. I HATE ZARA
I order a wool coat and blazer on 09/30/16, Zara sent me tracking number that the items will be delivered on 10/03/16. But I haven't received it! I called the customer services, but because of extreme weather, no one answered my call and they didn't even notice me when the phone services will be back. So I called next day again, still the same. Then I decided to sent them email. They email me back they will investigate my case. I wanted my wool coat so much so I called them about it. The customer services told me they will investigate. Two days later, I received their call that my case has been denied, after my strongly requirement, Zara told me they will investigated again. Two days later, I revcived their email ( not call) my case has been denied. I called them immediately, the customer services questioned me why I'm not home at 4pm when the package been delivered! Such an unerhical business behavior! The I requested to talk to manager, the manager left her extension number and her name and told me they revised my case again. Today, I recived phone call from them, they told me my case is denied. No refund, no apology! I sincerely feel the customer service are the theives and help Zara steal money from customers! I asked the manager on the phone what if this case happen to you, what will you do? She doesn't answer my question.

So I emailed them a whole letter how upset I am and they didn't even bother reading my email, they took my money and threw it in the garbage.
I didn't have any problems with shipping, other than they didn't send me my tracking number until a day before it arrived. I ordered Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday. Customer service is a little slow but they always got back to me. (on Twitter)
The clothing I ordered on the other hand, a little disappointing. I ordered a jumpsuit and the material is thin and see through, feels a little cheap honestly. On the website it looks different. I have to go get it tailored because the leg and waist area is super unflattering. Definitely not worth $60... I probably won't shop there online again, but I might at an actual store just so I can see the quality and know what I'm getting beforehand.
Very bad quality toddler leggings, the color on the website is completely different than the actual color. Super thin fabric, and looks like it was made my an actual toddler. Not worth the price at all. Don't waste your time buying from Zara. Even old navy has better quality
UPDATE: A couple of weeks after I posted this review, Zara Customer Services approved a full refund for the jacket!

After wearing this jacket only five days, the garment is fit for the rubbish bin. The poor quality fabric is pilling badly. The jacket is essentially unwearable.
I tried to return the jacket to the Zara store on Miami Beach, Florida, where my online order was delivered. They referred me to online customer service. Online customer service was completely unsatisfactory and, in fact, their response is nonsensical:
"In regards to your inquiry, unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of item BIKER JACKET **************-I2016. Please note that the item has been inspected for quality and there are no incidences of peeling associated with this product as long as it was handled in accordance with the instructions provided in our website."
The online customer assistance staff did not inspect the jacket I bought. I sent them the photos shown below. I did not attempt to launder the jacket. I only wore it for FIVE days, and no instructions were provided on How to Wear the jacket.

Purchased a men's belt for my son that did not have any tags on them. Went the next day to return the belt with my receipt (when purchased the clerk at Robson St, Vancouver, wrote on the receipt no tags). I was denied a refund because there were no inside/outside tags. I was basically accused of tearing the tags off at home. Called head office and was also denied a refund. I will NEVER shop at Zara nor will my two teenage kids who have money to spend. Thank you Zara for the POOR SERVICE and a reminder to me to shop local / Canadian stores only!
Worse customer service at the Montgomery Mall location. Staff is rude and not helpful. Shopped at Zara since I was a teen. Never again.
Got some of the coolest tees and shorts from Zara for the kids! Way more creative than things off the rack! Great customer service with free shipping (at the time of my order)! Will be shopping more there!
I bought my daughter a dress from Zara. It shrunk to half the size on a delicate wash. Zara made me jump through hoops with sending photos and explanation of said garment and then said that they wouldn't refund as they felt the garment was good quality and wouldn't shrink!
Whaaat? In other words, in spite of photographic evidence, they called me a liar and stole my money.
Also I now see that they don't allow customer reviews of their clothes on their website. Why is that?!
I have been ordering on line for years. This time, the Zara package was not received, Zara said they are not responsible for this loss. I paid over 100 dollars for nothing. So not fair to customers! Do not want to give them any star!
I places an order at Zara.com on 8/16/2016 and didn't receive my item until 8/23/2016 once my items arrived I noticed that an item was missing from my package. I contacted customer service and they informed me that they would get back in contact with me within 24hours needless to say they did not call me back. I called them back and they informed me that based on the warehouse my item was shipped, they stated that there was nothing they could do about it they will not issue me a refund. Customer service was very poor and very rude.
I bought an order from zara. Never received it!
I complained to zara and they said the order was delivered. Then, i asked for the tracking number. When i checked the tracking number on the courrier website (lasership), i saw that the order was never even in transit!
Then i contacted Lasership and they told me that zara never forwarded them the parcel.
I told that to zara and demanded a conference call with lasership and zara. Zara said that the conference call is too hard and that they wont refund me my money even though i havent received my parcel!
I will NEVER buy from ZARA again.
I order a pair of culottes on line - first time I've ever shopped with Zara. The first time I wore them, a seam on one leg split open after about 2 hours of wear, while I was sitting by a swimming pool. The company asked me to send them a photo of the split, which I did, along with a copy of the price tag I had just removed before wearing them. The response from Zara was that they would not accept a return because they didn't think it was their fault. I guess they figure they sell cheap stuff so consumers should expect it to not immediately fall apart. Never will shop with them again.
Answer: Nothing. They won't help you at all. Good luck! Don't ever buy from them again!
Answer: That's right I am also returning accepting since Dec 28, we are now Jan 15 and I don't have my money back. Each time I call them they tell me today u will receive it
