Few days ago I went into zara where once entering the security Alarm went off. The security guard came up to me to search my bag to find that my chain had set of the alarm... During my hole time shopping in zara the security guard followed me around the shop, to the point where I felt so uncomfortable. At this point I requested to speak with the store manager. Once I spoke with the manager explained what happened she said nothing and told me that he was doing his job. So I gave her the iteams I was going to purchase and left saying I won't be shopping in zara again. Once I was heading out of zara the same security guard stopped me to search my bag again... and this time with him saying that it's a normal procedure... even though no alarm went off... I am disgusted with the service I received in ZARA and will never be shopping in zara in Guildford, Surrey UK branch again.
I am a regular shopper at Zara but my experience today was horrible. The employee at the changing room demanded for me to turn a jeans I didn't even try on upside down... when I decided to walk away and told her I didn't even try it on so she should do her job... she decided to report me to the security guard... so I decided to call the police for harassment. I went trough this drama all because of a jeans. Such a mean lil employee chasing me around the whole store for nothing... I didn't even try on the jeans... I told her the store is so messy that I took the unturned jeans like that... I had a size 38and a 40... the size 38 fit me after I tried it on so I didn't have to try on the other size which was turned inside out and for this this girl treated me like I'm a thief... she literally chased me around to turn the jeans upside down... wow... so when I decided to call her colleagues to come catch me like I stole something wow really? I'm never shopping there ever again... this is how the employees treat a customer
So this is the 4th time I buy the extra long tshirts. I'm talking about the ones that cost $15-$17. They always end up with a hole on the bottom. Fix this issue asap!
I order a dress via Zara online and asked for a 1-2 business day shipping. They sent me the wrong item, and when I call to customer service, they said I need to send back the wrong item before they will send me the correct item. I told them that by the time I'll do that and by the time they will send me the dress, it will be too late. That is why I asked for an expedited shipping. There was no one to talk to, so I just did what they said, and than I had to call them again to ask for the shipping of the replacment. They said that because it is the weekend it won't get to me on time, so they just issued a refund. I never got the dress that I wanted, and they don't even had anything to say but sorry.
I am very disappointed, they could have sent a replacement instead of waiting for me to send back the wrong item.
Zara lakeside kids ware is the worst place to shop the manager are stupid they need more training then the staff
I am a regular shopper at the Domain in Austin Texas. There is always one checkout person regardless of how may people are queued. Then there are the other employees walking around without a care in the world that people have other things to do.
The turnover there is rapid and that seems to be a reflection of the brand and the management team!
Zara is not able to process returns without the credit card used to buy the items
I had to get a new credit card because mine had been used illegally, so Zara refused to return the items to the new card, had to get a gift card
I used the gift card to order items online- when I tried to exchange two of the items for a smaller size, they refused because it was over 30 days

They shipped the coat I ordered via online but I never received it. I contacted customer service only to find out my item had been lost by the delivery truck & not only this BS reasoning by their customer service, they offer replacement or refund so I chose replacement but only to be told actually they cannot replace it, so why customer service even offer replacement in the first place when only option really is refund. Not even sure if I will be refunded in 2days as I was told by customer service since alot of revews about Zara not giving refund.
How can Better Business bureau let this type of store like Zara operate in US.
They give their customer a run around & their customer service sucks! No PR better talking to a machine 8n my opinion. Zara should be a star minus.
Bought a few things from Zara and when items arrived, decided to return a pair of boots, and 2 shirts. Filled out the return form and used the boot box and stuffed the 2 shirts and return form in there with the boots. Dropped it off at UPS and then when credit arrives on my credit card, I was refunded for just the boots. It has now taken months of them researching only to be told that their returns department finished their investigation, and I'm only getting credit for the boots. Complete BS. I tried to ask them to find the return form as that will note all the items that were included in the return. I'm being told that is something they cannot provide me. DO NOT BUY FROM ZARA AS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! I should have known that Nordstrom is the only way to go. No questions asked on returns and the customer is always right.
I don't recommend any one to shop with Zara onlin I had a bad experiences twice with Zara online
They failed to deliver to my house then when I contacted them they said there was to mistake in the delivery however after weeks of phon calls with them they replaced the first item
The second item they denied and they wasted my time over a back and forth investigation and phone calls and emails it was such waste of money and time

I placed a large order on zara.com. When I got the order, one of the shirts had a black stain on the sleeve. I contacted Zara to let them know about the stain, and they opened a case to investigate if I would be able to return the item. They decided that I would NOT be able to return the item. On top of that, the shirt did not fit, so I have to eat the cost. Luckily it was $30, and not more expensive. I called Zara to discuss me returning the shirt and I was told that it was absolutely not possible. I've shopped on so many different websites and this has never happened to me before. I expected so much more from a company like Zara, but I will never shop online here again. The absolute worst!
They sent a shipment to me that I never got. And refused to refund me or send me the items. Horrible customer service!
I love Zara's clothing, but their customer service is beyond appalling. I placed an order in January, which I never received. After I contacted customer service, I was finally able to find out my items had been lost in the mail, fallen off the truck, etc. Two more phone calls and a webchat session later I find out they will not be able to replace anything from my order (3 pairs of pants, 1 pair of shoes) except the shoes.
They send the shoes and they are sadly just not what I expected, so I decide to return them. This turns out to be impossible because they are not correctly linked through the online system to the original order. So, I print out every online receipt, order page and piece of information that I have and mail it all together as a return.
That was over a month and a half ago and I still have not received a refund. When I try to contact customer service via chat, they tell me I should be receiving it in 10-15 days. But, that was three weeks ago at least. Today, I tried to follow up and they told me there was nothing they could do and immediately ended the session...
So frustrated. Great quality and style is nothing without good customer service :(
I went in Zara in Lake Buena Vista FL somewhere around the Disney stores. This gorgeous Knit top caught my eye and immediately get it and go try it on. I tried it on, I loved it, I took it off. Because of the great lighting and good body mirror I took some pictures of myself in my own clothes. I must have startled the workers because a black women took a $30 top in the fitting room and took waaaay to long taking selfies. Because when I came out the dressing room, I was IMMEDIATLEY approached by a worker who reached out his hand in full CONFIDENCE to take the shirt out of my hand, and when I pulled the shirt closer to me, this man says to me "OHHH you're going to get it?"... wtf, where THE $#*! do they do that at? My feelings were so hurt, and I was embarrassed. If you want to be made fun of by the broke&boujee Zara employees please go ahead. If by ANY chance that employee sees this... You work at Zara... you're not getting paid that much! I could have bought that shirt 1,000 times and my bank account would still stomp that $#*! you make. Please consider other people's feelings.
Purchased a pair of black mid rise jeans. Washed before wearing and the color faded terribly. Zara claims no other issues with the product and refused to allow return. This was the first pair of pants I have purchased there and it will be the last!
I purchased a shirt as I am a regular shopper it arrived it was to big so sent it back. And purchased another in a smaller size. Waiting for my refund only for them to say they will not refund me as it smelt of SMOKE I do not smoke. I am taking this matter and I will be taking legal action on this matter all friends and family are appalled and will no longer be shopping at Zara
Was fan of Zara for years. And Got wrong package from my order at Monday. Nothing is same as my order. And I contact them on web chat. Let me check and type every iteams no. Type to them. They tell my I need pack them and return to ups which is fine. And I was asking how about my order. Wait and wait. One thing out of stock. Ok! So replace my order. When I can receive? Next week?! It is unacceptable. I suppose wear those for and important meeting. And very things goes wrong. Also they let me find return label type to them. Not happy with it! Waste my time
I have been going to Zara for so many years and in lots of cities. I was a Zara lover until I came to Lugo. My experience at Zara in Lugo is awful. When I enter the shop, employees start running around and in front of me while someone screams a code like ANA ANA ANA. That's so stupid. One day a security ran in my direction and always bumped me. That's a shame. Please, if you are a person of color, avoid Zara (Lugo) or you will have a heart attack. I won't go to any Zara again.
I used to love Zara 's products since I first saw them in Spain in 2002. I have shopped at Zara in various countries throughout the world. However, this latest experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
I ordered two pair of jeans online (new not on sale). The order was to be delivered on between 1-3 March. When I did not receive my order, even though my credit card was charged, I contacted zara.com and I was advised that the order will be delivered on 4 March. Needless to say that did not happen. After calling them 6 times to follow up, on 14 March, I was told that there was a transport incident (would not provide further detail) and I will not receive my order. They asked if I agree to a "replacement order" of the same products. I acquiesced. Later, the replacement order showed only one pair of jeans. I called for the 7th time and was told that they can not ship the other pair of jeans, which was the one I really wanted. Needless to say I cancelled the order. Let's see how long it will take for that to happen. Ugh...
Went online shopping on Zara and paid for 2 days shipping, theres no information about how long the process is. It ended up arriving in 7 days! Went for complain didnt get anything in return. Terrible.
Answer: Nothing. They won't help you at all. Good luck! Don't ever buy from them again!
Answer: That's right I am also returning accepting since Dec 28, we are now Jan 15 and I don't have my money back. Each time I call them they tell me today u will receive it
