I did get my items- 2 pair sandals, different sizes. Not correctly sized. Cost to return was too high so had to donate.
I absolutely LOVE zara clothes! They have such amazing, trendy, chic designs. The quality of clothes is also amazing for its price. I prefer shopping in store as compared to online as sometimes it's hard to see what the clothes look like online with the way the models are standing.
I purchased a pair of jeans and a shirt online from Zara. I've purchased from Zara before and never had any issue, but I've never had to return anything.
This time however I decided to return both of the items so I went to the store rather than mailing because I thought it would be an easier and faster way to get my money back... and while I was there I was told my refund would be in my account within a couple days.
I got a refund for the jeans the same day... but still haven't received anything for the shirt... not even a return confirmation. I've tried contacting Zara through the app a few times, even tried calling (there's no email btw) Worst customer service! I just keep being told to wait 48 hours for an email because they need to investigate the return and open a case for it. But I haven't received any email and it's been a month. So basically just took my money.
Shopping at Zara isn't terrible, just as long as you don't have to deal with their customer service or make a return.
Recently ordered many things through the site. There was full online support from start to finish. Things came even better than in the photo on the site. So I can definitely recommend them!
I do not understand why there are so many bad reviews. I definitely love Zara for th possibility to buy trending clothes for quite reasonable prices, especially I love their jeans, really of high quality.
I have never had some problems with returning and delivery. Everything comes in time and without problem. Moreover, packing is always great, that's why you should not worry about the transportation. And just want to say quite often I buy just online, because in such a way zara sends clothes from stock, not from store.
Zara's clothes are cheap quality and the return policy is horrible. During COVID the shipping times have been very long, and Zara's 30-day return policy starts on the day they ship. I ordered some boots for my daughter, and they took more than a week to arrive. By then, she had gone back to school. By the time I got the boots to her, it was past the 30-day period. The boots did not fit well, so when I tried to return them, they wouldn't take them back or even give a store credit.
I have managed to choose 2 t-shirts and jeans online at zara. Well, after delivery took them 3 weeks, I found out size of the jeans they sent was wrong and t-shirts had awful quality. Return and refund process so far took even more than 3 weeks.
I like this brand. I bought here my pretty shoes. The quality is perfect. I'm ready to recommend it to my friends.

Zara has all the fashionable choices for women. From casual wear to professional I can always find what I need on their site. They also have great customer service and are willing to help however.
A relative sent my children clothes from Zara for Christmas - tried to return/exchange after their 30 day policy and they wouldn't do anything- not even in store credit! I would've had to return this Christmas gift BEFORE New Years Day to adhere to their policy! Management, customer service, everybody adheres to this strict 30 day policy without any flexibility. Worst, most pompous return policy I've EVER dealt with. Will never shop here or recommend this store to anyone and I hope they go out of business for how they treat their customers.
Their clothes shoes and accessories are amazing i find they have great quality for affordable prizes and they have many styles to choose. Whenever i stop by Zara i always find so many things i want to buy because they have some of the nicest clothing in the greatest quality however their items can be quite pricey.
Order Multiple packages all for pick up at the same location at Tysons Mall Viginia, waited and conformed through my email that it had arrived, drove over an hour, stood in line for over 30 minutes to find out that only two items are on site. Contact the store Manager whose responce was call customer service and find it yourself.
When I disagree she took my order number and gave me a call back after two hours saying that ZARA made a mistake and they were never shipped out. I should be getting a confirmation email shortely with an explanation. No email came through So, I called customer service third day. I was informed that the remaining items been shipped to wrong store which is three hours drive for me. Someone will be contacting me in next day or two to go through my options.
If this is what I have to go through moving forward I am taking my business somewhere else.
The new release this season is totally my fav! I bought the shirt two weeks ago and looks great. Already a fan!
Zara has some of my most cherished shoes! $25.00 for a cute pair of boots? Just count me in! I really enjoy buying their clothing. All works together to provide you with the hottest looks. So much to choose that at times it can get frustrating. I suggest that when it comes to putting goods in the correct area, they could use some better organisational skills. The order came sooner than expected and my shoes were right in size and design. I'm thoroughly pleased with my decision to purchase these shoes. I still receive compliments. But with customer support, they could be swifter. It's difficult when you have people who don't react quickly enough. I don't have to sit on the phone for 30 minutes. I
I won't order online from Zara anymore. They sent me pants with a gaping hole in the leg. I physically took them into the store (40 mins away from where I live) and the manager saw the pants and told me I would have to go through the process online. Their customer service staff aren't on the same page and luckily, I took a picture before I sent them back with the shipping label they gave me because they were just going to refund me and not send me a pair that weren't damaged as I had asked. He said if I wanted the pants, I would have to order them for $50 as opposed to the $30 I originally paid for them. Ultimately, I would have to pay $20 more for being sent a damaged item (INSANE). I was told by the first rep that as soon as I sent the package, my order would be shipped to me. I called today to check and spoke to a rude customer service individual who recognized himself as a supervisor. I have been given the run around. I understand that it's the holiday season, but this is really ridiculous. I am still waiting on a response as to whether or not I will get a pair thats not damaged.
Really the worst service ever! 2 weeks waiting for an order that they didn't even ship! Even after sending confirmation email that it was shipped. On the top of that I had to call them! And wait 30 min to speak to someone and then be told... ohhh our bad... your items didn't ship but we don't know if we can expedite it for you. WTF! You messed up and you want to me pay for your failure... really the worst! So mad and I didn't want to be an $#*! to the service representative because its not her fault... its all the incompetent people on top who don't know how to ran a business... this is my bad for contuing to support these $#*!s! So livid!
I ordered a package which was never delivered. It was missing. It has been a month since I am waiting for reviewing my case. No money back, no clothes... It is ridiculous! My package was missing, courier never contacted me and they do not contact me for over a month!
Can someone explain this to me?

Honestly, I love Zara. They have some of the best basics and amazing quality jeans.
I purchased two pairs of their Mom Fit Jeans and I am in love. The quality of these jeans is a 10/10 and I will be most definitely be buying more. They're true to size and don't shrink/stretch in the wash.
Shipping was super quick, only 6 business days.

Answer: That's right I am also returning accepting since Dec 28, we are now Jan 15 and I don't have my money back. Each time I call them they tell me today u will receive it
