I bought online a sweatshirt for my 11 y daughter,however she did not like it and i returned it.Zara refused to accept the return saying that the shirt was washed?!?! I returned it the next morning with the tags on,my daughter did not even want to try it cause she did not like it.How did i wash it if the tags were still there?!?Now it's my word against the people in the warehouse.
I like to see advertisements with Asian models in kids clothing. They all super slim white or black. I have been buying stuffs for a long time and no more.

My package never arrived. I complained with their rude staff and I have been charged for an order I never received!
Zara used to be very good in customer service and generous on return policy. Now, the return takes over 30 days for them to accept the return and it would take another 14 days for them to refund money back. If you're not 110% sure in product, think twice before you buy.
I contacted Zara on chat due to my order showing it was on sale. I purchase and the order still shows full price. I contact them the next day since it was the holiday and I was told someone will email me within 24 hours they escalated it. 5 days go by and nothing. I contact today and was told that due to the items not going on sale until 10pm even though it showed it it was on sale and I bought them at 7 same day they can't adjust my order. So I had to wait 5 days for someone on the chat to tell me that? So now I have to refund my order when all they could have done was adjust my order or not put that items on sale until the actual time to not confuse people. Horrible customer service. HM would have adjusted it or helped me. I'll definitely will be sticking with HM from now on.
Recently having a very bad experience with the customer service. After lots of follow up call not getting any supportive response from the customer care service.
I bought online around 7 item through zara's website which was showing on discount But they actually charged me full price. It seems that they are doing online fraud with their customers. This was my terrible experience woth zara.
I live in a city where we dont have Zara. So on my trip to ontario i bought my husband a jacket there. I came back home only to realize there is a big hole in the sleeve, large enough that its noticeable and i would have to get it fixed. I messaged on their site as thats the only way to get in touch with them and they mentioned to me that i can only return in store so the item can be assessed by a manager. Well its now impossible for that since i live in a city where there is no Zara, so i would have to fly back to do what they're asking. I sent them proof of defects, receipt, proof of tags still attached. Its been 1 week since my purchase and they wont let me send it back, they wont give me a partial refund or even a credit of some kind because of the inconvenience. Customer care is horrible! Make sure you check your items thoroughly before buying otherwise this may be your problem too
So they don't give you a receipt for online returns at the store and this's where it all starts. They lost one of the pieces and asked us for a return receipt. We were back and forth for months saying that they DO NOT provide a receipt and they keep asking for it. They never connected us to a super or manager despite us asking several times. It's a small amount, but I don't let they steal from me. I'm taking them to court.
I have never had issues with Zara, in fact many of the products I bought have been quite good but, I bought a Oscar Marine X Zara sweatshirt with flocked velvet on the sweater and the velvet started shedding after 1 wash and after 2 around 60% was gone. I paid 50 dollars for a sweatshirt that I can't wear because it's so incredibly messy.
You have 30 days to return your unwanted items fine! I get that but other stores are very more flexible and a least offer store credit. Zara in the other hand make a one time "exception" for you to return it but not only you have to pay for the shipping label but they also tell you with this stupid attitude "just remember next time the return period is only 30 days." I ordered this items and pay for express shipping and it DID NOT arrived on time therefore I didn't even open the box literally because I didn't need the outfit anymore! And after I spent thousands of dollar every year in this copycat store I do not understand what is the big deal with they return policy like they are so afraid of losing a dime ironically after they pay $5 for the manufacture of a blouse and then ask you $60 for it.

Zara is a great place to get clothes and more but that changed me my sister and 2 daughters saw a fitting room and went in this is in the children's department the manager came out of the door and rudely raised her voice at me. I said to the manager "my daughter has the clothes on we're going to and she has her other clothes on. The lady was rudely raising her voice at me I am very upset and very mad. This other guy that worked there took the lady's side was looking at us while my daughter was changing and did not do anything did not say anything. My daughter was very scared and scared to shop there because of the incident I am very mad we did not do anything in this little incident I am very disappointed I love Zara there clothes are so cute but this is not nice. Also when the lady told us to go downstairs to the other fitting room in the womens department when we went down there IT WAS CLOSED this is not nice thanks alot.
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. BOYCOTT EVERY PEICE YOU CAN. THIS COMPANY SHOWS SUPPORT TO IDF AND AGGRESSION TOWARDS YOUR BROTHER AND SISTEN IN HUIMANITY
I purchased a dress from Zara and mailed back the item as it did not fit -- I have a tracking label and return receipt confirmation. I was never able to communicate with any customer service agents, the company would never email back, they don't issue refunds even if the merchandise is returned with tags within 30 days and they're unavailable to chat. All their customer service emails result in a bounce back and no one answers their chat windows. Horrible customer service and never received a refund. Zara is a scam company!
They now give you a QR code making you have to wait in line at the post office for the post office to print a label! Like i have better things to do. I even called customer service and they couldn't provide me with a normal return label that i could affix to my box & drop off in the box at the post office after hours. I work all day people, i don't have time to wait inline at post office for a return label! I'm done with Zara, boycot Zara!
I purchased a violet from Zara at Ellante Mall Chandigarh, it looked nice but after 3-4 months the upper layer of the Product get tore off, the quality is too poor to purchase, I went to the showroom's manger, his behaviour was too rude and even he has no Sense to talk with customers, worthless product, even worthless brand. I suggest to all plz spent wisely your money on these types of stupid brands

I placed my first order on Zara about 2 years ago and unfortunately my package was delivered at the wrong address, I got a proof of this when I contacted customer service.
They send me an email with a picture of the delivery and I was able to see that the door in the picture was not my house door.
I replied to the email providing picture of my house front door to proof that I never got the package but I never got any answer.
I got my money back from my credit card since that was the only thing left to do after customer service has no interest to help me with my order.
I placed 2 more orders and everything was okay, I got my orders and I was happy with my purchases.
However I tried to order again and I found out that I have been blocked from their website.
Again I contacted customer service and I was told that I need to pay for the order that I never received by stopping the chargeback. I tried to reach them again several times and I offered to provide proofs that I never received that package but the answer was the same.
If I wish to buy online I will have to pay for that order.
Sadly it doesn't make any sense to me.
Because you can't shop confidently in a web that will not show any interest in satisfying their customer, even worse in a website that will make you pay for items you never received.
Answer: Nothing. They won't help you at all. Good luck! Don't ever buy from them again!
Answer: That's right I am also returning accepting since Dec 28, we are now Jan 15 and I don't have my money back. Each time I call them they tell me today u will receive it
