If you buy gold, you get nothing in return. They still owe me $8.00 from last year 06,2014, I never saw gold from them only excuses and ignorance. I did buy via PayPal but paypal does not reimburse for virtual goods so you can not file a claim with them for online Gold.
I gave them 1 star and if I could have gone lower I would have.

SCAM! Now they take it another step. They create a new character with the same name aas yours on a different server for the same game. They then mail the items you order to that false character. They take screenshots of that transaction and send them to you showing that they mailed the items. You never get them. You get scamed! Do not use Zamgold.com.
Ordered gold and was told I had to be level 60 to deliver it. I told them this was unacceptable because I was only lvl 42. I then asked for a refund but was ignored. Don't buy here you WILL get taken.
I purchased their product making the mistake of reading the reviews on their site. Needless to say they took my money and never delivered. I've tried their live chat and they keep saying we need more time we need more time. Their website says 5 to 15 minute delivery. And refund after 4 hours. It's been 2 days. Now they won't talk to me on live chat. The phone number they list goes to a dr. Office in Pennsylvania. The other number goes to San Francisco and no one answers. Thank god they use PayPal. I filed a dispute under buyer protection.
