Wish I could leave ZERO stars. Purchased a bra over 2 months ago. Still don't have it or a refund and Mohammed (Zalora support) does NOT answer my emails! Horrible Customer Service. Horrible company! Do not order anything from this guy. It seems it's a one-man operation and a scam!

I bought a Nike cap last month and it was shipped to the wrong address. The address on the package is incorrect, but the receipt shows my address. The person who received it was kind enough to tell me they have my package. Unfortunately, they paid for the package. Told them I paid using my debit card and will not pay them for the item.
I reached out to ZALORA support team and nobody can give me a resolution. They promised to assist me, but no follow up on the issue.
I know the cost of the item is not much, but it's still my freaking money.
I get my bags within a week, shipping is quite fast. And the quality is good, and product is same as described.
However, many of the clothes are not for young ladies. The clothes are more suitable for 30 yr old or above, so I seldom buy clothes here.
The nike that I took from you is fake. I did not pay 1600 to fool me. I will complain to the police if you do not give me or give back my money, Remember how much you've got to be deceived people, You also get the scams you do.
Item is okay but delivery is delayed for days. Anyways i am impressed on the item i got.
I admit that they have great collections. Prices are not that high but not that low either, it's just in the middle. What I don't like about it is that it took a long time to reach my orders. Please improve guys!

Love the cute things on here. Fast service to hong kong and good customer support. The returns are easy. Its kinda like the zappos of asia. Good site
