I am a returning customer who purchased the Crochet Mermaid Braids with Loose Wave Human Hair Curls in 18 inches back in October 2025. That first order was beautiful; heavy, full, long, and high quality. Because of that great experience, I reordered a pack of 18 inches and a pack of 14 inches less than a week ago to complete an upcoming install. What a massive disappointment. Despite the price going up significantly, the quality has drastically dropped. The new 18-inch pack is thin, very light, stringy, tangled, and shorter than advertised. The 14-inch pack is even worse. I even tried washing and conditioning the hair to see if it would revive the fullness, but the hair density is simply missing.If a business wants to keep long-term customers, they need to stop trying to cheat them. When you downgrade your product but charge more money, customers will not return. To keep your base, you have to sell quality hair. This order was a total waste of money. Buyer beware; the old reviews do not reflect the cheap hair they are sending out now. At least for me.

I paid almost 200.00 for hair that was stolen. Y Hair uses DHL as their carrier and this company really dropped the ball on my delivery. The instructions were for them to deliver my package to my door. Instead, because the delivery person didn't want to climb stairs, he left my package in an insecured mail room where a person was caught on camera stealing my package. No one wants to take the blame so I'm out of 200.00 with no hair to show for it.
