I use You buy for almost 10 years and it always has been attentive, precise, staff very helpful. I don't speak Chinese but I had never problems with communication with sellers. Parcels sent immediately, packed with care and love. Will not look for another service
It's really bad agent. They keep my parcel 3 months and not ship my parcel until I talk to them. They said because the COVID-19 but I bought before the covid until now I still don't have it. Stay away.
This is my fourth time with YOYBUY and I have even more packages coming! I am forever in awe with their customer service and speedy replies to any questions I have. I had chosen a shipping service that was a little out of my price range and they happily switched it to an equally fast but cheaper service for me with no issues! My packages were done the way I had requested!

I have been using Yoybuy for so many years now and they have been really good in customer service as well as grant my requests in ordering and in packing my parcel for shipping. For instances with missing or broken items, they make ways to compensate and refund. I honestly don't know why other people are having problems with them, but so far in our years of ordering from them, they have been the best Taobao agent I had! Thank you so much Yoybuy! :)

I am very impress with their 24 hour politic on responding to the costumer. They always crear my doubts about parcels and they have help me more than once with sellers that have send the wrong items. I will reccomend this stie 100% i have made 8 orders so far and they all have arrived on time and well.

Some times there are problems eith parcels missing or returning to sender that can happen but most parcels i get in time and very fast with in 15 days of even within 2-5 days what makes this website so good is that the shipping is fast if you need a dress within 2 weeks for a small price this is the site!
I hope that they will improve the 30-35 shipping with beter tracking one
I orderd 5 kilo gram parcel and stil no sign of the parcel makes me very worried and for the online chat i hope the site emproves to a better overall grapic design that is more of the age 2020 and better service sometimes get mad reply or they did not read my message that well wich makes it harder to communicate
