пользуюсь сервисом Yoybuy --3 года... мне очень нравится работа сервиса--- после оплаты посылки -через 2-3 часа посылка уже в пути-и тут же выдается трек номер-----доставка от офиса Yoybuy до дверей квартиры в городе Екатеринбург составляет 9-12 дней--это очень хорошо--упаковка посылок очень хорошая и не было случая что бы были какие то повреждения-работа менеджеров на отлично-всегда можно решить вопрос! спасибо за работу и удачи Вам!

They are clever scam artists.
They overcharge for every item.
They then ask for extra money for selected items to drain more money from you.
They then over weigh items so they can further steal money from over charging for post.
Ontop of that the post insurance is a scam, if items arrive broken they refuse to honour it.

I caught them over charging for items and asking for extra money by contacting one of the sellers who confirmed it was all a scam technique.

Then they fight to prevent refunding you, demanding you cancel dispute before refund fully knowing that you lose all buyer protections by doing so.
They then add a higher amount of money to your balance to try convince you into doing this... they have utter control over the withdrawal process so they can simply wipe the balance and leave you completely robbed.

These guys are utter scum to the highest levels.
Never EVER use these people they will rip you off steal from you.
YOYBUY IS A SCAM.

I have worked with this company for 5 years. I have to say that prices r very, very high, in 2-2,5 times if to compare with AVARAGE prices, not low prices.
But sirvice was good about first 3 years
After that probably people (workers) changed and survise became not good (about last 2 years). They send parcels very slow, sometimes 2 weeks passes between giving me track number and viewewing this track on ttps :// www.17track. Net. Every time YoYbuy says that post is very slow, but this is not truth! They you bring a parcel to post office, they scan it and this moment you can see this track in sistem. Low speed is just a low speed of yoybuy workers only!
Last case was they lost my parcel (with insurance) and they gave me back money FOR DELIVERY (about 5 dollars) not for I had in this parcel. Can you imagine this?
So I will never advice this company to anybody even if they promise 10 dollars for good rewew.

I requested a refund for pre-ordered item that I decided I no longer needed. Item wouldn't be released until early next year so, the only thing I had done was pay Yoybuy the initial price + fees for the item. In the end I had to go through PayPal to get the refund. Yoybuy's rules say your refund will be returned by original payment but, that is not true. They refund it to your Yoybuy wallet and then ask you to transfer from there to your PayPal account. Customer Service Chat will not help you. They will pretend to be nice and call you "Dear" and "Sweetie" but when ask them to follow their own rules the "niceties" stop and they get very rude.
If you start a PayPal claim/dispute against Yoybuy for their shady practices they will freeze/lock your account without warning.
Thankfully, since I paid with PayPal I was able to get my refund.

Be careful when using this site and be extremely wary if you're going to use something like a debit card or gift card that works like a credit card
