I would like to share my experience ordering leggings from YOUSTATEMENT. It's the easiest and safest online store to date. Their website is user friendly and very straight forward. I never had a problem getting a perfect size as they also have a leggings size chart available on the site to ensure a quality fitting. I received my order in less than 7 business days. They are absolutely amazing. I love them, I really do, geezz I'll be ordering more! Highly recommended!

I bought a couple leggings for my wife and she absolutely loves them! I was hesitant at first since they have to send it from abroad but I got the leggings in less than 7 business days. The experience has been great and will definitely order again the future. She's a big HP fan and adores the leggings!

I ordered a pair of leggings from YOU STATEMENT. They are the best and the most comfortable leggings I've ever own. The materials are great and fits perfectly that I don't wanna take them off. The customer service people are very helpful and friendly. Every question I asked them about the status of my order were answered in a timely manner. I work at a taco bar and bought these for work. They're a huge hit! My guests love them and my coworkers want them too! They're super comfortable and being that I'm 5'9 I normally struggle to find leggings long enough for me. But not with these! They're the perfect length. Definitely satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered a pair of leggings at the beginning of Jan 2017. After waiting several weeks, they sent the wrong size. I am a size 2 in the States- they sent XL. Since it is the company's mistake, I have certain expectations that they would refund my shipping back to them as well as the cost of the leggings since it is their mistake. It is April 7th now, and no refund. At this point they have stopped e-mailing me back. They have my money and the leggings. Buyer Beware!

I ordered a pair of these leggings as a Christmas gift in early November. I still hadn't received them by December 20 so I contacted them again. They told me that, due to the holidays, shipments were taking longer and to wait one more week. I went ahead and purchased a different gift for this person on Amazon, given that I knew I'd get it in time. The leggings came the last week of December. I wore them once towards the end of January (& they were too big, given they were intended for someone else) & I washed them once in a gentle cycle and hung to dry. The crotch of the leggings had multiple holes and looked like they had been around for years.
I emailed the company at the end of January and heard back on 2/1, stating that they would send a replacement. It's now April 5 and, guess what? No replacement. Emailed again last night and was told they would look into it.
I'm not sure if this company is legit or not but, in my experience, they do not seem like it. Leggings are super cute but I'd try to purchase elsewhere. I've been literally trying for 5 months to get a pair of leggings that I paid for in early November.

I ordered a pair of leggings on January 2nd, 2017, and never received my purchase. After 2 months of waiting I had asked for a refund. The response I got was an excuse and I was asked to wait 7 more business days. After the 7 business days I emailed again and told them that I want a refund (again). Again, I got an excuse and they said that they would send me a replacement with a tracking number so that I could actually track it, and said that it should be delivered within a week. It has been almost 3 weeks now and I still have not received my original order or the replacement (and never received a tracking number). I will never order from them again and am going to call my bank to try and get a refund for the purchase... I am completely unimpressed...

I have bought a few pairs of leggings for family and friends over the last year and I do agree with the other comments that there were some delivery issues over Xmas. When I called they told me why and although it was a pain sometimes things are outside peoples control.

I did get the leggings a couple of weeks later than expected, and have just ordered some more and they arrived within a week, so looks like they have got their $#*! together, which is brilliant as they are an excellent product.

Maybe this is a legitimate site, who knows. But I personally, and quite a few others it seems, have never received their order. I ordered mine In Decembsr and it was approaching 2 months when I filed a claim with my card company and got my money back. I emailed youstatement multiple times and would get excuse after excuse, and they kept asking me to wait. If this is going to be an occurrence a tracking number is needed so your customers can atleast see how faraway their order is. You really shouldn't have a professional business without a tracker

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I placed an order for 2 pair of leggings on January 2,2017... today is March 21,2017 and still no product! Their promised delivery time was 7-14 days and it has now been 102 days! I have contacted them several times and they continue to email back saying "Please wait. They will come. Sorry... no tracking number, but be patient"! I have now asked for a refund 3 times and they ignore that request and continue to ask me to be patient. No offer to replace, refund etc. They basically robbed me. I have put in a claim to my credit card company and they will take action so hopefully I will get my money back, but please save yourself the time, stress, and chance of being robbed by this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM... THEY ARE FRAUDULENT THEIVES!

I've been hearing quite a lot from my friends about Youstatement lately and decided to try them for myself. I felt weary about ordering as they were from UK and I'm from the US, but surprised and super happy that the delivery was prompt! They also have great collections to choose from specially the Walking Dead ones! The fit is great and they feel so comfortable I can sleep in them. Will definitely recommend buying from this website!

I placed an order and they had no problem taking the money from my credit card right away however after 3 weeks I questioned it and they said it take time to come with the shipping. I waited another 2 weeks, no leggings. Then I told them I wasn't happy, they said they would send another pair. Guess what, they too never showed. They even gave me a tracking number that wasn't real. When I asked for them to check on this all they said is that they can't help. I would have to check. Being in the USA not easy to call a shipping company on the other side of the world. However the shipping company did have an area on there website that said the shipper would need to contact them for exact details of the shipment so I couldn't have done this is I wanted to. Don't order from them. The leggings might be cute but so NOT worth the hassle. Go to another store and get some really cute leggings for a lot less money with no frustration. They are a total Fraud company. I wouldn't have even given them one start but had to to write this complaint.
