I think it's ridiculous that your charged credits to chat. The credits go by quick. You should charge a monthly subscription/ membership. You get cut off once the credits are gone. Pretty rude if you ask me. The person on the other end may think that the conversation ended or there's a not too good reason why it ended.

Answer: Well, you really don't know if it is him or not. Neither do I. He or she is probably a scammer. I always enjoy their endless philosophical ramblings on the letters they leave which costs mega credits to read. I really think they should also go to work for Hallmark doing cards for people.
Answer: It's just a way to spend your time and money doing something and feeling like someone cares out there. That's about it. Look at the money expense like going to the casino and playing the slots. It's fun and you win a little and you get out of the house. On the app your still in the house but your money is still being taken. But, you get that human connection, right?
Answer: Did you go through the validation process to exchange information about each other in order to know where she lives, real email address and phone number. If she provided that on their app for you and you didn't get it written down before they took it off, you are out of luck my friend. Ask customer service about their validation process. But, be careful as they want information from you bank and a letter from your bank showing what you have in your checking account.
