If you are ordering from outside the U.S. please be aware that you may be extremely challenged receiving it. Numerous emails to Yellowberry have gone unanswered. I've been trying to get them to at least acknowledge the issue. It won't make up for the missing product but at least it will demonstrate genuine effort to support customers. Why offer to ship international if you can't guarantee delivery? So disappointed and this is not the company I remember, having ordered twice previously with no issues.

I have been using yellowberry's product for a time now and the products are of high quality and highly natural. One of their best products (Face The Facts Daily Face Moisturiser) is one of the best products.
