Oct 2016... Here is an update to the review below. After months of an outstanding credit, Yandy returned my money back to me without any questions. I was not able to find anything else I liked, so they simply credited me back - no fuss! Thank you Yandy!
Dec 2016... I was very pleased with the speed of delivery. Then, when I needed to exchange for a different size, I only received excellent service in assistance. I received help to correct my exchange slip and it was done in a friendly manner. I have already recommended Yandy to a friend.
The clothes look great online. And have a really cute selection however what the picture looks like and what you actually get look and fit completely different. Defiantly not worth the price. Won't buy from them again.
Hi Christine I am sorry you were disappointed. Sizing can be troublesome when shopping online. Styles and brands all are sized different. We do offer a size guide and FAQ online and our customer care agent are available 7 days a week to help with sizing.
Yandy looks like a good website but never judge a book by it's cover! I really wish a had read all these reviews before ordering of this $#*! website!
I ordered my halloween costume 6 weeks ago and it still did not arrive. I am still trying to get my money back. These people come with new excuses every time and new rules to cover there dirty, devil $#*!! Somebody should sew the crap out of this company! If they have enough lawsuits they have to shut down!

I am sorry you cannot locate your package. I would be happy to investigate this situation for you. All US orders have a tracking and are insured. We can open an investigation. All claim orders are reshipped or refunded. I suggest that you call and ask to speak with the manager. We do want to find a solution for you.
I ordered a pair of underwear from them and I had to send it back twice because there sizes are way off, and when they returned it the second time I never got my free pair with them, and apparently that wasn't there problem and when I asked for a refund after spending 30+ dollars there was nothing they could do, I would stay away from them if you wanna save time and money order from Adore me, they are a way better company to deal with

If only I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. The Halloween costume wasn't going to work for multiple reasons and apparently the policy is no refunds if purchased between Sept 1 and Nov 1. Really? Why is that the policy? What happens the rest of the year? Are Halloween costumes even for sale at any other time of the year with this company? Since it was my first purchase I have no clue. As another reviewer wrote, now I'll be stuck with a store credit that is useless to me. This is one hell of a way to conduct customer service. Clearly they don't give a crap. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.
My order was delivered to the wrong address! They said they sent me out a new one that following day. Thank God a nice neighbor brings my package by and was able to have costume 4 party :)) If it was in yandy hand, they never bothered to send one out. Total of employees I spoke to was 5! All 5 women sucked at their job. I spent 200 on crap, they truly didn't care showed or not
Cheaply made, ill fitting products. Terrible customer service, awful return policy. Now I have store credit to by more cheap crap! Don't buy it unless you want to get stuck with overpriced junk you can not return.
No retail stores. If you chose to purchase something and need to return it, you will pay for cost of return shipping. Additionally, Yandy doesn't protect the shipment. There are much better online retailers. Don't bother with Yandy... not worth it.
Ordered a costume off of this site and it was 99% a different costume. It looked completely different and terrible material. The denim wasnt even denim. Do not order from this site.
First, my package came on Wednesday afternoon after placing my order Sunday evening. Only being 3 days, it was some of the fastest shipping I've seen from a company. Second, in the comments of my order, I asked to have the free panties that came with my purchase to be white. I recieved an email almost immediately with a response, saying the panty colors were chosen at random. Having recieved a reply, I was fine with not getting my choice. When I looked at the panties though, they did end up being the white pair I wanted, even though the packing list said black! If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is. Third, my order came with two $100 wine vouchers! I was not expecting that wonderful surprise. Finally, the quality of the items are great, and look just as amazing on as they do online. I am so so so pleased with this company and I intend to do much more business with them in the future!
AMAZING! It came in about 2 days, off of free shipping. I got a free underwear and the costume with it and the costume was greaaaat material. I got it for half off and it fit amazing and everything was great.
Normally i don't write reviews, but i am just extremely happy with the quality of this product/the time it took to come in!
I purchased almost $800 worth of gear, including almost $80 for shipping.
When the gear finally arrived it was bad quality and worst of all the sizing was not even close to what they stated on their website, I don't know where they got this chart from but its not remotely close to being right.
I did complain but was told its my fault and their chart is correct, when I replied and said they should fix their sizing chart, I received a rude reply from a Pam just saying have a good weekend. Beware of this company! Better still shop around or read the feedback on some of these websites bufore you let them have your hard earned money..
I ordered the White Ruffle Panty with Bow, I had been searching for something like everywhere but couldn't find anything under $30, that shipped to Canada, and looked like decent quality. I finally found these on Yandy for $15.95 and was sold.
The reviews here are either amazing or awful so I figured they would be ok.
I ordered a size L (39-41 inch hip) because I have a 42 inch hip. They are stretchy so you can go down a size and they show a little under butt like the photo. They look exactly like the picture and are surprisingly good quality.
I got standard international shipping for 7.95, the order was supposed to arrive oct 3 to 12 (10-17 business days) but I received them today after only 6 business days!
I got the free panty with purchase which are pretty nice. I also got a voucher for $100 of a case of wine but the website doesn't deliver to Canada, so that was an oversight by Yandy to send it to someone in Canada... but that would have just taken my satisfaction to 150% versus like 110% so whatever.

I ordered from here for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I'm happy with my order and it arrived in about 3-4 days. Way faster than they estimated and faster than I expected.
I just love it. Prices are awesome and quality of lingerie is good. I have ordered 3 times so far, and every time came faster than it sad - it took them only 2 days! (I live in Ohio, and I believe I saw they ship from AZ). AND, you always get free lace panties/thong with your order :)
I went on this website first to see if YANDY.com was legit / trustworthy or not. After hearing mixed reviews I tried it for myself. I ordered 3 items and all showed up perfectly weeks before the estimated shipping date. All products were the way they looked in the picture and fit perfectly. I would order from them again.
Whoever does their product photos deserves a raise because they somehow managed to make it look like their items are quality. They most definitely are not. Damaged items, cheap materials, cheap, cheap, CHEAP and not in a good way. I will say this, they did shipped my junk order really quickly.
This website really got on my nerve today. I ordered a green corset romper for my poison ivy cosplay(I didn't feel like I could make one in time for my photoshoot date) and made sure to take my measurements before ordering. Once I received the corset the hips would not fit at all- not even close! I'm convinced the item I received is mistagged or made incorrectly. The hips should for 36-39 inches and I am a 37. Once I contacted them the customer service woman Avery had told me I obviously measured myself wrong and that if I wanted an exchange I have to pay shipping the item back to them, and shipping again for the new one plus the extra duties AGAIN! To exchange would cost me an extra 60$ no doubt. She then told me it would take a long time to do that, when I asked how long she exited the conversation leaving me even more confused. I decided to simply return the item and reorder a larger size from Amazon because I could not be bothered with them. Worst website experience I have ever had. I will not be ordering from here ever again
This site is horrible with poor customer service and poor quality clothing! Do not order from here! They will create wrong addresses on purpose so that they could gain an additional shipping fee from you. This happened to me and two of my friends

To best assist you I suggest you provide the SKU # of the item you interested in. Also the brand is listed - you may want to research the brand rather than just Yandy. Sizing would be the most important factor. I would use our sizing guide http://www.yandy.com/sizing-guide. I cannot reply to Lynn, Ahmed, Jennifer or Brandi's experience because I do not know what they purchase. Unfortunately there is a risk of shopping online - unlike a store you cannot try it on. You cannot feel the quality or see exactly how it looks. Every customer's perspective is different. Some customer's find a $36 costume be exactly what they expected. Other feel it should be of much better quality. I would suggest contacting our Live Chat customer service representatives to discuss what you are looking at.
