The only positive thing that you get is a Clever Salesperson who will convince you that you have made the best choice. What you see at ground-level is absolute chaos and unprofessionalism. A case manager would who is in charge of you is nothing more than a mechanical robot who just reads from a database. You cannot expect them to understand what you want or why you are asking a question. No empathy at all. In my case there were gross errors made multiple times even in global jobsites like Linkedin. The worrying issue is that if you are going to reach the escalation desk, they will also only try to retain you however serious the problem is. I have been fighting for my refund for many months now. In the name of administrative cost, they will deny you a fair refund. I had enrolled for both UK Visa and Canada PR. Now Im back to the drawing board with the pain that both 1) My dreams have been shattered and the fact that 2) My hard-earned money is gone! I have been fighting a battle for many months now to get a fair refund. In the name of administrative costs, they will deny you a proper refund. Whether the case manager, or his/her Manager or the Escalation desk, they are only business minded thinking of just retaining you because they will not be ready to refund the money. Probably the only 1 thing that may happen properly is the IELTS training. But even here, they are quite smart in the sense that before the training classes are done, they will ask you to give a Google review.
Hence overall, my sincere advice would be that you think twice before you enroll yourself in such consultancies.
Our application to Canada is on its 1 year anniversary this month. No update from CanAxis. No response to mails. They just told us to wait and should regularly check our mail as employers will directly send messages. But Have you guys ever routed our applications to employer? What have you done during previous months passed?
Applicant here which is my husband an experience nurse applying for multiple options of NOCs, like care assistant or any admin works in medical field, and he has approved ICA already. You should have save the process timing as everything was provided. Anyway, No need to mention more in detail, only i can say to here is "please don't fall into their trap". You will waste most of your time and Once you pay it is over. You will wait forever."
Find better agency that would really work out the process and has real heart of helping applicants until succeeded and with real success rate.
To Can Axis: It is just a money we lost, we can still earn it in Gods grace, but for you out there, it is your dignity and reputation ruins, it will be forever in your conscience.
They are not to be trusted for their word, for enrollment they will make fake promises and show it is easy to go abroad however after payment of fees they change advisors and the new people who are assigned to your profile say they are not aware of the previous promises and then you lose your money. DO NOT INVEST IN YAXIS instead go through IDP. When most of the agencies do not charge for application of student visa then why does why axis charge. When i personally confronted them and told them that you will get you payment from the college i pay fees to then why are you charging now they had no answer. My Money is Gone. Please dont waste your hard earned money in FRAUD AXIS.

It's a fraudulent company and has no proper staff. The staff keep changing and then your file is lost forever. They scam people for usa and Canada visa and then will not refund the money. There is no direct contact number unless you have registered and once you register they will transfer you from agent to agent. I wouldn't have even given them a 1 star if there was a zero or a negative star option

I would not recommend Y Axis to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional immigration consultant. My wife and I are both citizens and we have gone through the immigration process as students ourselves, so we know how important it is to have a trustworthy and competent advisor. We contacted Y Axis for a student visa for our cousin, but we were very disappointed with their performance. They took our money and wasted our time, and they did not even apply to more than one college. They also tried to fool us by editing the college response emails. We had to chase them for five weeks to get any update, and we are still trying to resolve this dispute with them. They have been very unresponsive and unhelpful. We are planning to make an official complaint against them soon. Do yourself a favor and avoid Y Axis at all costs. They are a scam and a fraud.

Please don't waste your money like i did. I was set up with all the dreams i was having and then after taking your money…. They are worth of waste of money. They dont do anything, they just keep you hanging until the time period and when the time period is over they wont return you money stating they gave you service and not doing anything is basically is our fault not theirs…. We're all working hard for money but this $#*!ers easily robbing our money in the name of consultancy. I've lost ******* of my savings in this company. Especially this chennai branch is a thieves factory. My kind request to all the people's don't believe this $#*!ers if you people's want I'll show all the evidence. They're showing themselves as a good consultancy and no.1 etc but that's not at all worth. They're waste.

Avoid using their services. They will lie to get your business and try to delay the process as much as they can even if you're on top of things and provide them immediate responses.
They are just behind your money. Please NEVER NEVER go to Y-axis for any of your work.
They will push you so much for FULL advance payment. They will reply to your messages in seconds before you pay. They will show big discounts for FULL advance payment. But don't get in to their traps. The moment you pay, immediately their behavior changes. You have to literally beg for their responses.
Even, they will stop lending any support to help you out of any problem if occurs after your payment.
If you ask for a country change, they will ask to pay you again even if you have not made any progress on the first country process.
I really got disappointed with their support & services. I lost my full money without doing any work. They do not have any courtesy to pay back even ANYTHING when they have not done ANY work for you. They just show you different clauses in the agreement. Such a big company just wants to eat your money & you are left with no option but just to forego your hard-earned money.

I understand the document collection taken time, but even when I had all the documents for last 4 months, there is no progress. The reason- their assigned representative doesnt get back to me for weeks. When they do, he says I will get back to you and then again gone for weeks.
