Not beginner-friendly. As someone new to laser engraving, I found this machine extremely hard to use. The learning curve is too steep.
Lack of spare parts. My machine has been out of commission for weeks because xTool doesn't have the parts I need in stock.
The xTool machine I received was poorly packaged and arrived with visible damage. After assembling it, I realized that the laser was misaligned and wouldn't cut properly. I contacted support, but they just sent me vague troubleshooting steps that didn't help.

Frequent calibration needed. I have to recalibrate the laser constantly, which is time-consuming and annoying. I am so upset.
