Excellent experience. Purchased an exercise bike and a step from XS Sports. The step arrived promptly but because of the Covid situation the bike was delayed by the courier (no fault of XS Sports as they had dispatched it immediately). XS were most helpful in following up to ensure it got delivered. The bike was very good quality and easy to assemble, however it did develop a fault. The company sent out a replacement part and then when this didn't correct the issue did not hesitate to give a full refund. Incredibly good service and I cannot hesitate to recommend.
This is a fraudulent company. They have taken over £180 from me and failed to supply the goods. They do not respond to any messages sent back to them and they have no address or telephone number. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ANY COST!
As of 2009 the website has not been trading.
