Last month, during a PTA meeting, another parent recommended XNSPY to me. She mentioned how it helped her stay informed about her teen's online activities and whereabouts. Setting it up was straightforward. Within days, I noticed a positive change. I could monitor texts, calls, and social media. The location tracking feature was a lifesaver, especially when my son forgot to check in after school. I'm grateful for that parent's recommendation - it really made a difference!

I've been using XNSPY to keep track of my kids' online activities. The setup was easy and it's user-friendly. The interface could be a bit more modern, but it offers good features for parental monitoring.

It is a shame I can't give XNSPY negative stars because the product is very, very bad and the company are scammers. XNSPY never at any time recorded telephone calls and that is all I really wanted. Right from the start I got the run around from the so called support people, it was installed on an Android 9 phone and later they told me that I needed a later version of Android so I bought a new phone, Android 13 but then not even the surround sound recording worked. They then told me that is did NOT work on Android 13 even though it BOLDLY claimed on their web site that it works on all Android devices and lastly they refused a refund. Do NOT waste your money on those liars and scammers

Last night I tried installing XNSPY for my daughter's Iphone. It was not working so this morning I reached out to their support. They responded by stating it no longer works on Iphone's and they don't know when it will. I requested a refund and they refused to refund me 100%. I suggest running far and fast from a company who does business like this. For Transparency, here is my chat response with their rep.

If you only want a refund it would be partial refund.

Why, I have not used it at all. Your website is listed with IPhone all over it. If you don't work with Iphones, you should remove that from your site.
I have not even downloaded it as the software does not work.

Well I think a reputable company then should refund 100% if the product does not work. Please do this or I will reach out to my card company and issue a claim.

You have your right to do but we have to follow our policy and full refund is not the option

Well, then I will reach out to them but will also leave a 1 star review. Your Trust Pilot score is already down to a 2.7 star and lower reviews will kill your business so I can't understand why your management insists on not refunding until your product is fixed.

None of the useful features are working. The installation instruction in the link provided vary a lot to actual installation process. Opened a ticket with support and has given a detailed information saying the dashboard is not getting updated with data, and support closed the ticket without any comment. Opened another ticket, I lost confidence in the company that they will do anything to fix.
Basically a subpar product, which is buggy and totally unreliable and zero customer and product support.
I would not recommend this product as its just a pure waste of money. I purchased during thanksgiving deal, around 100$ for Premium version of the product.
Call recording is not working. It only shows call logs, that too not sure if the data is complete or not.
Surround recording i.e remote recording is also not working. Sent remote commands through dashboard to record surround sound, not even worked once, i spaced out the requests and changed the duration of recordings, even then there is no data captures.
Whatsapp messages feature is also NOT working.
Call logs and text messages are the only visible on the dashboard, that too this data is not staying on dashboard as it should be.
Basically useless product, disappointing and stress causing software, not a stress buster.

We have been using XNSpy for almost 2 weeks now and the information never updates. It picks and chooses what it wants to update at any one time. As of writing this nothing has not updated in 3 days. The text messages never show up except for between 1am-4 am and then disappear again. Most of the features have not worked at all.

Be careful.it won't work on most of the Android phone. Very unfriendly customer service with no refund policy.

Target phone lost connection with Xnspy's server, and they do not give any prorated refund on time left on premium paid. Very unfriendly customer service.
