On the web site is stated: "Note that XNSPY's features supported with rooted Android devices could take a few days before they are made available on a new Android release."
This is just to fool you and make you pay for the services. In reality, all the rooted features works only on Android 6 or lower. The available features for a non-rooted phones are very limited. If you ask for a refund based on this sentence, they will refuse you. Do not trust XNSPY!

I have read a few other Xnspy reviews posted here before writing one of my own. I have been using Xnspy from the last 8 months. Had there been an issue with the app's service, there's no way I would have even give it a month on my child's phone. I don't use it for spying on husband like many others out there do but I could tell what my experience has been with this app so far. Xnspy definitely doesn't suck and it definitely doesn't have a sucky support team. I do believe that the app performance is not the same every time I use it but I do understand why that's so. There are many factors that could interfere with the optimal performance of the app, like the internet connection on the monitored device, the device that's been monitored; whether it's old or new and so on... I am satisfied with this app; in fact, so satisfied that I especially logged into my computer today to write this review. So don't take my words for granted.

I am a big fan of Xnspy's GPS tracking feature and geofencing. I never knew I could find a monitoring app with the GPS tracking feature at just $8.33 a month. It has a whole bunch of other features that you can use for monitoring your child and protect them from the internet dangers. Although I had to learn how to use Xnspy to track my son's Android phone but to my surprise, I got a hang of everything very quickly. Unlike other GPS tracking apps, Xnspy shows accurte location results.

I started using Xnspy to apply screen-time controls on my kid's tablet. Now that they have grown older, I have subscribed to the premium version of Xnspy for which I just have to pay $12.49 a month. I am glad I didn't have to switch to another monitoring app and Xnspy is just enough to track their location, keep tabs on their call logs, internet and social media activities etc. It's an app loaded with features all parents could use to protect their kids.

1) The app speed is way too slow. Takes a long time to show.

2) The email isn't listed (when there are emails). They claim all emails will show up.

3) The text messages shows (some) on the recent text field but if I go to the phone logs for texts it shows the latest (but only shows messages from yesterday) and the texts from today are not even showing. They claim all texts will show up.

4) I recorded surroundings and cannot find it in the phone surround recording page. It says no records. They claim you can record surroundings and then listen to them.

5) The call recording is empty when there are clearly calls and voice mails left. They claim you can hear all incoming and outgoing calls.

6) The Internet history is blank when it should not be. They claim you can see all internet history.

7) Kept getting an error on login that said OVER_QUERY_LIMIT and locked up the main page.

I had it installed 1 day for testing purposes and it failed pretty much across the board. Then I asked for a full refund and they said no full refunds and I can get half. UHHHH NO. Your software doesn't work. I will get a full refund. But I am tried of dealing with them and just going to contact my credit card and file a fraud and let the CC company handle it. Utter rip off. They sell you something that doesn't work and then won't refund you? I smell a class action lawsuit.

Great app for monitoring your kids activity and usage. Like that I am able to set time limits. Just wish it had the capability to see what is messaged through Snapchat and see what photos are sent through messaging. Would also like to bee snore to see what is viewed through web browser

I have been using Xnspy for monitoring my team after an episode of compromise of companys confidential information. It hasnt just helped me keep a close eye on the communication of my employees but it has also boosted productivity. Now, my employees dont waste time on chit-chatting. Since they know their emails, web browsing history and chats are being monitoring, they work more consciously. Xnspy is the best investment I have made.

This did not work for me. It only would link to only if the devices and the customer service is the worst. After attempting to try multiple times with the assistance of a customer support they still would not give me a refund the only refund I was eligible for was 30% so I know that one of their big selling points is that you get a refund if you are not satisfied that is not entirely true they will hassle you to keep trying and trying and trying and then hide behind some guidelines of why your refund is it excepted. DO not Pay for this!

I am certainly not good with using technology and I had my doubts when I first planned to use Xnspy for monitoring my kid. But I must say the support team made it super easy for me to start using Xnspy. They installed the app for me on my sons Android phone. I mean, nobody I know is offering such great support. The app itself was super easy to use, even for a non-techie.

Xnspy is Trash. Bad interface doesn't work most of the time. No customer service. Way too complicated to install. More than 20 steps and IT DOESN'T FUNCTION. WASTE OF MONEY.
