I paid for this service after reading the polished promises on their website. That enthusiasm lasted about as long as it took to realize the core features don't actually function.
Support was, of course, contacted. The explanation? My mobile signal is unstable. Apparently, the modern app ecosystem works everywhere — except these guys. Naturally, not their responsibility.
After that, things evolved into their final form: silence. No fix. No refund. No follow-up. So the question writes itself: just incompetent — or simply scammers? I'll let you decide.
I picked up this app mainly to keep track of location history and app usage on my teenager's phone. Most basic monitoring apps just don't offer enough depth, but this one gives a proper breakdown. My main complaint is that the dashboard sync can lag occasionally, especially if the target device loses internet connection for a bit. Once the connection stabilizes, everything updates fine. It's an effective tool if you just need reliable, periodic updates.
My teen kid spends most of the time chatting on WhatsApp and clearly have no idea why he is doing and share over it. I heard kids of his age are curious about things they should not be interested in. To keep them safe from I download xnspy o stay aware of who they're talking to and what kind of conversations are going on. It's more about safety than reading every single message. Some chats can appear a bit out of order, but it gives enough visibility for occasional checks.
It helps keep an eye on WhatsApp and Instagram conversations without making things complicated. The information is clear and useful for understanding everyday social activity.
They start cheating on study time and start using mobiles, so I installed xnspy's remote lock on there devices to limit distractions when needed. I usually lock the phone during homework or exam prep hours instead of constantly reminding them to put it away. It's been alright for managing routines.
Lately, my son had been spending way too much time on games, especially after school, and it was starting to affect his routine. That's when I set up xnspy and mainly used its app blocking to limit access during certain hours. It didn't stop everything overnight, but it did help bring some structure without constant arguments. I don't keep it on all the time, just during study hours or late evenings. Figuring out the blocking schedule took a bit of trial and error at first. Also, he did try to work around it once or twice, but it send me alerts. Still, it's been a reasonable way to keep gaming in check.
I wanted a simple way to monitor my kid's screen habits after trying a few apps that felt too basic. Xnspy has much better features, but the initial installation process is a bit tedious, and I noticed it runs down the device battery slightly faster than usual. That said, once it's running, the activity reports are detailed and reliable. It does the job well if you don't mind the slightly longer setup.
I started paying more attention when my daughter began posting regularly on instagram, which i felt a bit unnecessary for her age. Tried xnspy mainly to keep an eye on that kind of content she's sharing. It gives me clear idea of what she was sharing. But updates are not fast and take a bit to show up.
I have been using xnspy to check my children's location, and it helps me stay aware of there whereabouts. Its been a reliable way to feel at ease about their safety.
My father-in-law gifted my son an e-scooter recently, and after that he started going out around the neighbourhood a lot more without telling me where he was headed. I was worried from this act and I talk to my friend and she suggested to try xnspy just so I could stay a little more aware instead of constantly calling him. I mainly use it to check location when needed. Took me some time to understand all the features, but for basic peace of mind it's been alright.
I decided to try Xnspy because it advertised reliable monitoring features and easy setup. Unfortunately, my experience was far from smooth. The installation process was confusing, and several key features, such as real-time location tracking and social media monitoring, didn't work consistently. Their customer support was polite but slow to respond, and most of their replies felt scripted. The app also caused noticeable lag on the target phone, which raised suspicion — exactly what I was hoping to avoid.
I was looking for a phone monitoring app for my 9-year-old, and I tried Xnspy based on a recommendation from my friend Alia. Its tracking features turned out to be very accurate, allowing me to check phone logs, social media activity, screen time, call history, location, and more. The interface is simple and easy for parents to use, which makes the whole experience more manageable. A few performance lags, but they are not very consistent.
I noticed a few inappropriate movie scenes saved on my son's phone, which made me realise that I need to pay pay more attention on him to see what he was keeping and watching on his phone. That's when I sister-in-law told me to use xnspy to monitor video activity occasionally instead of relying only on conversations about it. I'm not checking the phone nonstop, but it helps me stay aware of what's on the device. The media section can feel a little unorganized sometimes, though.
Xnspy works really well - captures everything reliably, and the dashboard is easy to use. The setup was a bit confusing at first; it took me two attempts. But their video tutorial cleared everything up, and now it runs perfectly. No complaints since installation. Just follow the video guide, and you'll be fine!
A few months ago, I started using this app to keep track of my teen's screen time, which had gotten out of control. I wanted a clearer picture of their phone activity. The installation was a bit challenging, but once it was set up, I had a clean dashboard showing app usage and message history all in one place. So far, it has been reliable and has genuinely reduced stress in our home.
I have been using Xnspy to keep track of my kid's location and manage his screen time. I am finding the features like the remote lock helpful for keeping him focused during homework. The installation process took a little bit of patience, and I have noticed that the activity dashboard does not always update in real time. It is not completely perfect, but I am satisfied because it gives me a reasonable amount of visibility.
The screen recording and other features are very easy to use. The only downside is that it takes a while for the data to update on the dashboard. Otherwise, I find it quite good, really helpful in keeping my child from using the phone excessively
Basic features such as phone, location, and social monitoring features responded well. There were few things that needs to be fixed like when recording screen, the recording were not available straightaway and took some time to load. The surround recording was also a hit & trial for me.
We are using xnspy on company-issued devices, for one feature we've found practical is the ability to set geofencing around specific locations. When a device leaves those areas, automated alerts are triggered, which helps us stay informed without manually checking locations throughout the day. Initial configuration took some testing to make sure the boundaries were set correctly, but it has worked reasonably well for routine monitoring.
Honestly didn't realize how bad the late-night scrolling had gotten until my son's teacher called. Tried Xnspy on a whim and wow - he was on his phone till 2am most nights. The app made it easy to finally put some real limits in place and he knows it now lol. My only issue is the updates lag sometimes, like 20-30 mins behind, so it's not great if you want to catch something as it's happening. Overall though, worth it for the peace of mind.
Xnspy does what it promises, but the main drawback I noticed was the slow syncing of data. Sometimes updates take longer than expected, which can be frustrating.
I used Xnspy for my younger sister, who is just 14 years old. I can track whether she is at school or not and also find out his coaching centre location. I set the radius, so whenever she is out of the specific area, I have a notification. So, I am completely satisfied with the purchase.
Location tracking is reliable most of the time, and being able to review calls gives me confidence that things are under control. The geofencing feature has especially been a game-changer for school pickups and curfews. Sometimes, the app feels a bit sluggish when loading data.
No complaints really, except maybe the price could come down a touch. Everything syncs quickly, and the stealth mode works well. Customer service responds within a day, usually.
I really admire the app functionality. Sometimes, my kid is playing soccer on the ground, and whenever he reaches in and out of the ground, I receive a notification with his real-time location. Phone logs are sometimes slow to sync, but overall, a good parental monitoring app.
At first I didn't give much attention, but I noticed he was spending more time watching live streams. Since I wasn't familiar with a lot of the content online. That's when I decided to install xnspy and see what he was watching his phone. One thing I found useful was being able to get a screenshot of what he is doing at that time. Honestly it is actually going instead of just guessing. Took me a little time getting used to, but it's been helpful.
The WhatsApp-related features have been useful for keeping an eye on messages and activity. It works well overall, although the experience can vary depending on the device.
The app does the job for basic monitoring, but I found it a bit slow at times. The updates aren't always instant, which can be frustrating. It's okay, but not as smooth as I expected.
If you have children, you know very well what it's like parenting in 2020. I used to hate myself for getting my sons their personal smartphones when they were only 8 and 10. My husband told me that it might not be a great idea but I wanted my children not to feel deprived. But I never thought they would be so addicted to their phones playing PUBG/Fortnite and calling/texting friends. Thank God, I came across Xnspy and I finally know how to fix their screen time issue. Whenever I feel like they have spent too much time with their phones, or if they are not studying enough, I lock them out of their phones. Same goes for when they would use their phones instead of doing chores. I think it's a great solution and every parent should try it!
Over the past six months, I noticed that my 16 year old daughter was becoming more distant. I tried talking to her but teenagers aren't the most talkative about these things. Things took a turn for the worse about two month ago when I realized that she hardly ate anything and stayed in her room most of the time. Thankfully, I used XNSPY to discover that she was being bullied online with people taunting her appearance. Once I realized what was happening, I was able to talk to her and get her professional help. I would really recommend XNSPY if you notice unhealthy behaviors in your children!
Before purchasing I was on with their onlite chat and was told my iPhone would work with their service as long as 2 Factor Authentication (2fa) was not enabled... it was not. I was also told I had 10 days to try it out and if I didn't like, I'd get a refund. I purchased the product and set it up based off their instructions. I wasn't able to see any text messages 3 days after setting up so I contacted them through online chat again and they told me they had to refresh my account and that would take 3-4 days. After 3 days I still couldn't see text messages so I opened a support case. I was told I had to enable 2fa in order for this to work. I was confused because the chat person told me their product didn't work with 2fa. I called Apple support and they told me that enabling 2fa blocked messages from being backed up to iCloud and only enabled message mirroring. I let XNSpy know and the next person told me I had to have 2fa turned off in order for it to work and that's why I wasn't seeing messages. So I had 1 person tell me it had to be off, then one tell me to turn it on, then a 3rd tell me it had to be off. The 3rd said they verified i had it enabled and that's what I wasn't seeing messages. It was turned off so not sure what they verified. This went round and round for over a week with them sending me links to their website saying jailbroken and + phones might not work as I thought. I don't know what jailbroken or + phones are and let them know, then was told to enable 2fa to get this working. That's when I gave up and asked for a refund... only to be told I was only eligible for 30%... not an entire refund like the chat person told me. Turns out you have 10 days to cancel and if you're trying to work with support to get their product to work and go past that 10 days, oh well. I would NOT purchase this product or any from this company after dealing with them on this.
Not a good thing though but I am kind of fixated to this app. It gives me every tiny detail about what he does, where he goes, etc. If you need to keep a very close eye on someone, get Xnspy.
As a mother, I was done taking my kids' word for it. Kids nowadays don't listen or care much and you have to make sure you do what is right for them. I tried giving them the freedom; I have tried taking it back. And I have finally realized, you have to settle somewhere between the both ends. Xnspy certainly helps with that.
Complete fraud, the solutions doesn't work at all, just empty screens! I wish I have read the reviews before I bought it. Their business plan it's to sell completely useless solution, which doesn't work and then propose you 30% reimbursement!
They don't really offer a 10-day refund. At least not in my case. This is day 10 for me and I have requested a refund 5x due to the service being unable to pull the promised data and locking the monitored user's Apple account. They completely ignore my requests for a refund and every time just refer me to support articles or tell me to try again.
Xnspy uses both GPS location tracking and geo-fencing to give you the exact location of the phone user, and you know right away when the user enters or leaves a place. It's downright amazing!
Xnspy This is a bad product here it's is 15hours later and I still haven't received any updates, it doesn't state anywhere that it doesn't have real time reporting for the iPhone. I have asked for a refund and now I am getting runaround less than 24hours later. I'm glad I found solutionhackedteam online and was given access to my target phone with just the phone numbers only. The installation procedure was easy. The resource material on the website helped me a lot. The app works perfectly fine. Features, especially call recording and social media chats monitoring can save you tons of time. In today's digital time, such an app is essential to ensure the digital safety of your kids.
Wow! This app is so accurate! I had started using it just for fun because I didn't believe These apps could work. Turns out I was wrong. Used it on an iOS device, and everything is so on point.
So, this comes from the elder kid of the family, who is a half-parent to her younger siblings. Xnspy has made my life so easy. I don't have to watch my siblings all the time. The app lets me keep an eye on them and even lock their phones!
I couldn't install this software on the target phone it kept on giving me error messages. I contacted them for a refund but their service is terrible! I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company based on the fact they sold a non working software. Horrid company I guess I've got to figure out another way to monitor the phone.
So, I thought that I would never need to check on my kids to the extent of using a monitoring app on them. Well, by sheer accident, I got to know about my son going out after curfew and then lying to me about it. With Xnspy's Watchlist feature, I was able to track him in real-time, and know about the recent location history too. The app's locating tracking is so on point! Not planning to quit this app anytime soon.
Tracking my employees wasn't that easy till I came to know about Xnspy. Well, this app actually does all the work for me. It records all the locations of my employees with time and date details. While sitting at home, I can track the exact location of my employees from my laptop and find it very easy to use. Investing in Xnspy has accelerated my business operations, and now I have more satisfied customers. Credit goes to Xnspy!
I purchase this and try to download on a target device which is an Android. The URL link they sent was not recognized and I continued to get a error saying "URL is not found on the server". I contacted the customer service via their IM and the first person continued to give me the same URL, tell me it's not possible that it wouldn't accept and then they left the chat basically saying good luck. Then I start another chat and go through the same deal with that person. After trying too many tines, I requested a refund. They respond by lying and saying they show it did download and I should check my dashboard... of course I do and NOTHING! I knew there was no way since the URL didn't work but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. After calling them on the lie, they went dead silent... never responding again. Thankfully I emailed myself the chat!
I have purchased a 3 month subscription but I would not recommend this app on Android, here are the pluses and just some minuses (as I experienced them), however the minuses are of a greater importance than the minuses:
+ fast installation, fast replying customer service, location tracking is accurate (when it works, haha!);
- whatsapp/facebook logging is a joke, you can only see some typed words, but not to whom or from who, and not all the conversation, so it's useless! - at least for me, I had to install the app every 2-3 days, as it stopped monitoring everything after a couple of days (customer service tried to say that the phone must have not been connected to internet, but it was all the time!) - some calls are being recorded, some are not (random choice?!) - remote control/record surround feature works from time to time, not always, and not recording the amount of minutes you set (for example, you set 25 minutes for recording, and it records 5, or 2, or 18 minutes, like it has a mind of its own, rarely it records the exact amount of minutes you input)
All in all, sorry but I would not recommend it. My email address for purchase proof: *******@yahoo.com
They're terrible. The info takes almost a week for each day to populate on the interface so you end up not seeing the info until later. Half of the info is missing when it is finally up, and the surround recording feature is a joke because those go missing too. Buyer beware. I've used many spy softwares but this is the worst & not very reputable like webwatcher or mobistealth. The customer service is like talking to 5 year olds as well. It can't be based out of the US either.

Really good service with lots of features. I bought a one-year subscription and availed their 40% discount offer. Keylogger and live location tracking are my favorite features. Overall, my experience is going well. I like their customer support. The only thing I wish to look in the future is to track more than one device from a single account. I hope you guys will work on that, too. 5 stars for your service.
