I purchased 2 XGODY tablets for my granddaughters for Christmas. Less than 2 weeks after Christmas one of the tablets once turned on would turn itself off and then back on again. I purchased the extended warranty also. I contacted the warranty center and they advised that it should be covered by XGODY since it was so recently purchased. I contacted XGODY and told them about my issues with the tablet. They told me to try different things. I was unable to do the things they told me to try because the tablet would not stay on long enough. Then they stated they would refund me a portion of the purchase price. I told them no I wanted a new tablet to replace the new tablet I just purchased. They then said that if I will send the troubled tablet to them they will send me a tablet. I told them to then send me a label so I don't have to pay for shipping. They told me they would not send me a mailing label that I had to pay to return the tablet. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again! They don't care about their customers at all. I have 17 emails back and forth trying to resolve this issue with no avail. I paid a lot of money for these tablets and I'm sorry that I got these particular ones. NEVER AGAIN!
