I am writing this review to warn all potential customers about the deeply unethical and predatory business practices of this company. My experience was not merely poor customer service; it was a calculated scam from start to finish. They operate on a carefully designed cycle of deception:

Phase 1: The "Sweet and Caring" Bait
The initial contact with a sales agent named Jade was deliberately charming and friendly.This is a calculated tactic to build false trust and lower your guard, making you more susceptible to what comes next.

Phase 2: High-Pressure Sales with False Promises
Once false trust was established, Jade switched to high-pressure tactics. She made specific, enticing promises about the service but demanded payment before I was ever allowed to see a contract. This is the critical red flag where the trap is sprung. I was misled and tricked into paying based solely on lies.

Phase 3: The Bait-and-Switch & Immediate Ghosting
After taking my money, the written contract I received did not contain any of the terms Jade had verbally promised. When I immediately tried to question this, Jade completely ignored my messages. The "sweet and caring" act vanished the second the payment cleared.

Phase 4: The Deliberate Customer Service Runaround
I called the company approximately 10 times seeking help.Each time, a different person answered with no knowledge of my case. They promised to transfer me, only to leave me on hold for hours until the line either cut off by itself or I was forced to hang up. This is not poor service; it is a deliberate corporate strategy to frustrate and exhaust customers into giving up on their refund.

Phase 5: The "Fake Signature" Scam
When I formally disputed the charge, stating I never signed a contract, the company brazenly claimed I had "digitally signed" one. As definitive proof of their lie, they sent me a document with a completely blank, empty signature box. They had simply typed my name at the bottom. This is a fraudulent attempt to fabricate a legally binding agreement out of thin air.

Final Warning:
This company's entire process is a scam.From the fake friendliness and verbal lies to the payment theft, deliberate ghosting, and the use of fraudulent, unsigned documents, every step is designed to exploit you.

Do not trust them with your money or your personal information. Their business model is based on deception, not service. I am currently pursuing legal action to get a full refund plus compensation for the immense stress and wasted time.
