The up front shopping and customer service was 5-star. Upon installation I did have some issues. Customer service at that point degraded fast. They have a chat system for you to use to troubleshoot installation. However, it is only M-F during normal business hours. Well guess what, most people are also at work during these times and not able to spend their working time with the vehicle for them to troubleshoot. I ended up installing/uninstalling these things 3 or 4 times until they worked. It is plug and play, but between the 4 connections, if you do not have everything plugged in correctly they will not work. The plugs/connections are not polarized, meaning you can plug them in either way. You may plug one connection in one way and if the other connection does not match, it won't work, so you have to flip flop every connection and use a design of experiments type methodology. They are now working for the last week or so without any issue. The other part of it is trying to find suitable areas to zip tie / secure the extra wires and electrical boxes in line with the wires out of the way or so that they will not vibrate. Additionally, the 9000 lumens are not as bright as I thought they would be. At least these things should last forever. Better than replacing halogen every 3 months after the 150 life hour expectancy runs out.

The bulbs seem to be bright. My truck didn't seem to need the $15 per light set canbus anti flicker. When plugged in the lights would not function. I do not have a defined edge with these bulbs brightness is all over the place. Do not know if I am legal right now. Need to order new lenses since these are old and maybe the light is being diffused through them. Cannot set legal headlight level without that line scene from 30 ft away.

At the local Audi Dealership, I was quoted $240 for a single headlamp, not including labor to install it. XenoPro not only had the headlamp for under $100, they had TWO headlamps WITH ballast in one box. Saying prices are very reasonable is an understatement and only reinforces my perception that everything Audi sells is overpriced and, it has nothing to do with the quality of their products. So relieved to have found XenoPro.com (mentioned in an article in an auto magazine.)

This is a cheap Knock off of a quality product. If its all you can afford, I guess it will work for a short time. Product is hand mutilated to work with some auto models. Customer service is through live chat only. Don't expect customer service to care that the mods to their product are not done to any spec or that they may have been done incorrectly. This seems to be a typical HID product on amazon. The quality HID kits are not usually listed on amazon. Do your research (Their is a difference between number# 1 sold and number#1 in Quality).
