Delivery was not on time as stated, and the product I bought was much, much dimmer than expected, couldn't see a thing while driving down the interstate at night, had to drive with my high beams on. I did a ton of research on LED headlights and saw Xenon Pro got stellar ratings which is why I shopped with them, however I was greatly disappointed with the product, the difficulty of installing the product and the lateness of the delivery.

Pretty easy experience. Quality costs money. My 2nd order...
One of the glass covers was broken when received. When I contacted technical support, the simply said to remove the broken cover as it is not needed. However, the cover performs an essential function to prevent debris from contacting the high temperature light element. The company is not willing to take the appropriate action to correct their deficiency.
Will never order from here again, customer service was rude and unhelpful. They claim that they are plug and play, which they are not. Definitely a knock off compared to the real ones out on the market. Their website says customer satisfaction or money back but you end up arguing with customer service until they finally give in. Horrible website/company!
Great site, but having issues with one bulb
Ordering was easy and for the price I expected a better product with better instructions. Don't waist your money go to eBay and get something Cheaper.
