I ordered my lights for a 2013 Ford Focus. They wouldn't fit even though the web site said they would. I have another Ford that uses the same lights so I installed them in that vehicle. One of the lights went out the first day. Tried to contact Customer Service but the app is blocked where I work (the Pentagon). I am always at work when the Customer Service app is open so I called the phone number listed. (after emailing and receiving no response) The phone number is a sales line. I talked to the Representative and explained the situation. His only response was "contact us using the chat app". I explained I was a Soldier stationed at the Pentagon and why I was unable to contact him using that method. His response was "we don't cater to people" I asked if this was part of their "Fanatical Customer Service" to which he said, contact us during business hours. I ended up disputing the charge through my credit card company to get my money back. Horrible "Fanatical" Customer Service. Do not use them. The lights weren't very bright anyway (for the short time they worked) Bought replacements elsewhere, think A to Z, for half the price which were MUCH brighter.

Website is easy to navigate and had all the information I needed to make the purchase. Purchase using PayPal was simple. One small issue (maybe), the product size (size of the LED + Fans) is large. They fit well into my headlight assembly except, they were too big for me to put my dust covers back on. Maybe a small issue for most people but, I have LEDs right now that DO fit inside my dust covers. They seem to be comparable to the XenonPro product. The XenonPro product says they are "dual beam" which is what my vehicle requires. I haven't, yet, checked to see the difference between hi/lo beam between what I have now and XenonPro.

Shipping took to long and when I finally received my package one of my items I ordered was completely wrong. I ordered 6k headlights and 3k fog lights. My package contained both 6k headlights and fog lights I paid a lot of money for these lights and I expected my order to be correct. Won't be ordering from your company again, you guys might want to consider adjusting your pricing to, way to over priced compared to everyone else in the same market

The sold me on buying two anti flicker modules I didn't need for my truck. Even though their website says 100% money back guarantee, I have tried several times over 3 weeks to contact them to return the items not needed and to replace one of the bulbs that came in broken, they refuse to respond to my attempts. I have researched the company that claims they are located in North Carolina. Unfortunately there is no such company or Fictious firm name located in North Carolina. I believe they are solely a marketing company and their entire website is set up to scam customers. They have no intentions of refunding or exchanging anything. If you check out ripoff report you will find several others that have had the same experience I have. I am in the process of contacting the FTC to see if this fraudulent corp can be shut down or forced to actually give a refund.

Scam company who sends subpar product not matching item description. When you want to return items they want to charge you $30 restocking fee plus have you foot the bill for international shipping in order to receive refund... and that is IF they assign a broker to receive the item or else your item just sits and no refund is issued. Both me and a buddy who ordered through the company at the same time had very similar problems so this is clearly an issue that is frequently occurring. Not sure how this website lists as a 4.7 star average when a quick BBB search or third party review website lists 50+ complaints with the company pulling this scam. Doubt this honest review will actually get posted but we'll see. If it does, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT IS CHEAP MISREPRESENTED GARBAGE you can get on amazon for a $30 pricetag.
