Installed easily. Just can't confirm I received the 55w kit I paid extra for. Nothing was marked for wattage on the box.
I has some issues of the brightness of my HIDs and I emailed xenon pro the same night I received them letting them know I had issues and got a fairly quick response, BUT I tried to exchange the 35w kit I received for a 55w kit and they would not exchange. I know the return/exchange policy say can not be done if the box is opened but COME ON!, I tried them out the same night I received them and didn't like them immediately and immediately emailed them back trying to get betters ones I would've paid the price difference and shipping costs. Return/exchange policy is a little too strict
The on line chat was not good. Kept dropping. The rep would come on id ask a question then a message would apper the rep has left the chat. But other then that I'm satisfied with the product. Good quality equipment. Compared to other brand HID lights. Would have like to have some double back sticky tape and some zip ties and self tapping screws in the kit.
I received my replacement ballast as requested and I am completely satified with my order now. Thank you very much.
