I ordered two HID sets and only one bulb from one set would light. I can not get anyone to respond to my requests for customer service. Although their on-line "sales representatives" are more than happy to help you make a purchase, but they will not address support questions. They will recommend recommendations for support, and for for three weeks I attempted every method they recommended... phone calls (answering machine only), email (no reply), and their on-line help system (no response). I can not get then to provide return information either. I have no order number (no order confirmation email) and no packing slip, neither were provided. I tell the on-line sales reps this and they ask for my name, phone number, email address, and assure me they they take this seriously and that someone will contact me shortly. I tried this route 4 times over three weeks. No one has tried to contact me. I am now contesting this change with my credit card company. I have absolutely no idea how this site earned such a high rating from Shopper Approved, but I do see in the comment guidelines that "Comments that are excessively negative, contentious, degrading, or that include profanities will be removed.". That may explain the lack of negative reviews. Will this one be posted?

I placed my order on a Monday and chose the express delivery option. My order should have arrived no later than Friday. When I contacted customer service on Friday to check status I was told my order had been delayed and should arrive Monday or Tuesday. I received shipping confirmation the following Monday, a week later, that indicated my order would be delivered that Thursday. Come to find out from the third customer service person that my parts were on back order and did not ship on time. It would have been nice to know this at the time my order was placed or from the first customer service rep I spoke with on that Friday my order was supposed to arrive.
