I'm purchasing a kit to replace the one I have from another hid company. I was so angry with the last place with just trying to buy a replacement set of bulbs I've decided to just replace the whole kit. I ordered the bulbs in July and they didn't work. I have yet to receive a refund from the company after months of trying to. Hope this kit works much better.

You guys are great! I got a kit intended for use in a 1998-2001 Ford F150 5.4L XLT.
The only real issue I found with the kit I ordered was that the negative wire that connects to the battery terminal was rather short. The way the harness fit was by the skin on my teeth, it was very close and some wires were a bit stretched. Overall the kit was high quality, very professionally assembled and looked great. If I have more need for HID lights, you guys are my go to choice.
So far things have been a great experiance but nowhere on your order form did it say funds were in US dollars when my order came from within Canada. I called customer service to inquire but nobody ever returned my call.
I have still not heard back from customer service about blown warning canceled. I need these replaced please.

Everything was okay except I thought I was paying in CAD not USD
I called on Wednesday oct 15 regarding an issue I had with the wiring harness I had for HID kit. I was contacted by your online host to help with my issue, after about 10 minutes of waiting for answer to my issue I gave your online the part numbers for my ballast along with my wiring canceler. They told me they were going to contact a tech support I waited about another 15 - 20 for a reply back which I didn't get. I asked the online host if they were still there. They replied back to me that tech support would contact with the number I gave them. That was over 5 hours ago and no reply back for tech support. I also called customer service to talk to someone in person. The answer I got from them was exactly what the online host told me. Then after that I was hung up on.
Very easy to navigate and find what i was looking for and saved 10%!
