Customer service with this company a minus no stars very poor. I purchased 3 sets of light for my 2010 Dodge truck, low H11, high 905, fog lights 9145, back on Oct 6th, I started to install the fog lights and when I went to put in the bulb it didn't fit looking at it closer it was a 9005 no 9145 light I got 4 9005. Looking at the H11 it had the wrong wiring harness, so I called their 1 800 number (Oct 31st) to talk to someone no you could only do so by email which I think is a poor system, so I sent an email it must be a computer that replies because it didn't answer my issue, sent many emails with my number to call me back things must be tight won't call can't afford the long distance charges. Nov 24th went online to their chat talked with someone told them about my issues their response that someone from customer service will be in contact ASAP a call BS, still no call, I can't even get a response to get a RMA#. If you are going to use this company and if you have a problem will be waiting a long time for them get back to. My ticket # GGJ-425-*******, they need to have a phone # just for customer service problems.

Shipping was great but I don't know why it came from Canada when there is a warehouse in my state, two and a half hours away. The product was not what I expected. The color of the light was not the same as was advertised. I opened the box the kit came in and parts were jumbled around and loose. I had to do an inordinate amount of modifying to get the product to fit my vehicle and I had to replace some of the connectors that plugged together but came apart when I tried to disconnect them. It definitely was not plug and play.

I tried to contact customer service with a simple question via the e-mail link I was given when I chatted with a customer service person on XenonPro.com website when I first got my package. A week and a half later, no response so I gave up trying to reach them about other issues. I suppose you live and learn but I won't be buying from this company again.

Experience so far very good; once product arrives you can follow up. Shipping, quality of product and installation yet to be determined. Item arrived as scheduled. Instructions not very helpful probably because of so many different application. The only issue I had was with the wiring harness, it was a little short, so once installed it is straight and very tight no play. It would have been nice to have the length specified or perhaps an extension. Overall it works well.

These hids are great. Im sure many have had succes with them.

However i was not satisified. The ballest did not look like pictured, and the package (box) was not as pictured.
I also had fitment issues where the bulb was not fitting properly. Upon trying to open a 'ticket' for customer service ie. A return, i have not had a respone in 4 days. Customer service is very poor.

Overall, be sure you know whar your getting amd dont make any mistakes, you may not be able to return it.
