Called and informed company that hids flickered even with warning cancellor. Awaiting email from tech regarding this
Difficult communicating with online rep. For customer service. Hard to get the information I needed to make a decision on which product to purchase. Website said it would ship same day if purchased before 3 pm. I also paid for expedited shipping. I tried repeatedly to reach someone on phone. Just got a recording, I left messages no one ever called me back. After a few days I sent an email asking why it had not shipped and was told it was because they were doing inventory. A few days after that I sent another email asking why it had not shipped yet and was told it was back ordered. They refunded the expedited shipping fee. When they did finally ship it, the gave me the wrong tracking number, so I was tracking someone elses package. I had to email them again to get the right tracking number. When the package finally came they sent it to the billing address instead of the shipping address, So I had to have my daughter pay to have it shipped to where it should have been sent in the first place. Who needs the hassle, I'll shop elsewhere next time!

The kit for the honda worked great but the one for the focus didn't even though i got the capacitor kit with it.
