One bulb on the 9004 lights has a cracked filament on the side.
I wrote you asking for return instructions and have not received a reply. I'm not willing to modify my stock headlight assembly to accept the new lights. Instead, I will replace the entire assembly and retain the stock on in case I want to reinstall it. I'm not demeaning the product: I just didn't realize the amount of modifications I would need to make.
1 of 9005 didn't work on arrival. In order to install I would have had to cut large portion of radiator support. Cooling motors on back of unit too large.
Is was a nice product and prolly will buy again
They posted on their website that the relay harnesses are included in the kit, that's one of the reason why I purchase it with them... turns out the relay harnesses are included on the bi xenon kit only... they should have remove those harnesses on the single lamp kit... but still up to now when you look at their single lamp kit, those stuff are still included... otherwise, the product looks good so far...

Website is very well laid out and easy to navigate. Very informative and clear. Product was packaged well and there were instructions inside that served their purpose but could definitely use some editing and updating. The product I received worked but would have been better if it came with a single harness instead of the two positive and negative connectors that are exposed. I ended up wrapping them in electrical tape to keep them in and shield them from any water or dirt getting in, but a simple harness like they have on the other connectors would be wonderful. Other than that, so far so good.

The installation instructions are poorly written. I tried to contact tech support via e-mail last week and have had no response. The power plug that connects to cars existing light harness does not mate up and therefore this is not a plug and play as advertised

Installed lights on Harley Davidson Road Glide. I have electrical and mechanical experience. I had to modifie plastic caps that secure lights. Caps were to small your bulbs were wider then stock bulbs. And rubber boots were to small. After modifying bulbs fit. Then the fairing would no secure back on the bike.
After looking and taking measurement your bulbs are much longer then stock bulbs. The bulbs were hitting electrical wiring inside my fairing.
To fix the problem I had to move cables around and make more room for clearance and adjust both head lights forward, after 4 hours of work your headlights fit I'm still not sure if they are adjusted correctly for the road.
Kit installed easily. It should have a proper waterproof conmector to wire into the old bulb conmector instead of blade connectors that push in.
Products are inferior and constantly failing. 3rd time in 2 years I have had to replace components. Only making this purchase for low price before selling vehicle. I'll be buying from TheRetroFitSource from now on.
