The led I received don't work, I try customer support no respond, I call to get the RMA no answer

I have a set of your lights on my 300C this set is for my son. I made a mistake on answering the question on products/services the correct answer is star number three.

The lights were wired backwards and didn't work initially and your customer service is terrible I still haven't received a response

I have tried to call you for a week with no answer every day. I sent 2 emails with no response. Very dissapointed with your customer service. Don't know if I would order anything again.

During install bulbs are too fat for my headlights have to do some adjusting but overall good website not websites fault more truck manufacturer then products.

I paid for expedite shipping. Instead the product was held up by customs for a week. This wouldn't have bothered me, but when I received the product a light did not work. Again, it happens. The part that upset me the most is that I have sent 2 emails, one message through the website, and tried calling numerous times without receiving a response.
