I must admit the headlights work great and where a easy swap for my truck.

Good so far. I accidentally broke one of the color tubes. I called them and they said they would ship me a replacement. I am waiting for that now.
It was easy to find what i needed and easy to order. When I received my order one of the bulbs doesn't work. I tried getting in touch about getting a new set of lights but nobody has emailed me back.
The parts does not fit and the services is hard to reach.

Have tried contacting customer service again and no reply. So as far as I am concerned they only want your money. Once they get it GOOD LUCK. Will never or recommend this company to anyone. Great Reviews, have used before, can be done on a Dodge, no Can Buss issues, Can't Wait. Upon arrival a wire for high beam was disconnected, just had to reinsert n crimp harder, slightly inconvenient but it worked out ok, installation was easy no can buss issues, will order for future trucks.
Everything with ordering online went smoothly & easy to use. As long as product works well. Once receiving the product & plugged everything in it all seemed to work properly but when doing the whole install for my vehicle there is a plastic dust cover which prevents the fan from fitting. I'm curious to know if you guys understand the actual install for each vehicle & what it takes or do or do you just know the bulb type for that vehicle? I had to cut holes in the cover for the fan to fit through & would've liked to know that before making the purchase so I could have made my decision with all info. Apart from that the lights work great..

When we had trouble with installing these lights we got online with a customer service rep and they solved the problem quickly for us!
I was told by multiple chat room conversations and by email the ballast was standard and would work, even when I asked questions about the ballast not looking like the right ballast and on how it mounted - clearly the response was "it will work - it is the right product". That was not the case, the product I received was nothing like what I needed.
I had to send pictures of the correct ballast before I received the return authorization - but had to pay both the original shipping and the return shipping for a product that I was guaranteed would work.
Quick fast and easy! Only thing I would say to my fellow silverado owners is that you will need to get after market distance covers as the stock won't go over the bulbs. Other than that, bulbs are FANTASTIC and BRIGHT!
