Very easy process
I like the lights and I'm satisfied with my order. Only thing that I wish was different is I had to cut the waterproof cover on the on the back of my headlight to make the new lights fit.
The lights that I received were correct but was unable to install them in my 2012 Subaru Outback. The fan body on the back of the unit prevented the retaining spring from holding the unit in place. I tried to ask a question on live chat and got no response. I am sending them back if I can.
Customer service is awesome. You guys doing great job all around.
Easy to find parts by vehicle. Would like brighter though. Box statedms that they go up to 75 watt.

The LED kit did not install as the kit said it would. My application was for a 2005 Thunderbird and it requires the use of the headlight bulb retaining ring so that the bulb will not fall out due to vibrations, bumps etc. Requires separating the bulb, fan from the adapter. The 3 tabs on the retaining ring have to be removed because they will not rotate properly due to the LED bulb cooling fan. It was also suggested to purchase the cam-bus modules because I have a ford.
