Chat support successfully answered all my questions. When I ordered, it was indicated that I needed the anti flicker devices for my 2009 Silverado. When I installed the H11 LED low beam headlights, one light would not work until I removed the anti flicker device which I was advised to do during the chat. Subsequently, I tried the anti flicker device on the other H11 LED that had previously worked with the device. That headlight would now not light with either anti flicker device but would work without the device. I now have two high beam LED lights working with the anti flicker devices, but neither H11 low beam LEDs have an anti flicker device installed. It would appear that I didn't need them in the first place.
Very straight forward shopping forum. Thanks the way all sites should be! Albeit that I asked the question and didn't receive a response "are these lights priced in Canadian dollars as they are shipped from Canada " Very disappointed with this aspect.

Not a direct "plug and play" as advertised. I had to cut and splice wires and make a custom mount for these LED lights to work were my H7 bulbs fit.
Shipping was extremely quick as i live in Washington state and was only 2 days to reach me.
Service and product was good. Just wish it was truly "plug and play" as advertised.
The product looks good but claimed to be plug and play. The connectors on the product i received do not match the connectors on my car. I have not yet contacted support but will post another review after my experience there.
