The big issue is the scam they have going to charge priority 1-2 shipping to Canada is FedEx. Don't pay for this option as they send the items by USPS and did not process my order for 3 days. According to their shipping information on their website, I should have had the lights on my hands by then. I replied to them via email and was told to use the message chat on their website - after multiple attempts no one ever replied - a other scam (see similar issues others have posted). I tried contact by phone and email and no one every answers. In the end I did get the lights a week later than the express delivery I paid for. The test will be once I try the lights out which I have not done yet as they did not arrive before our vacation. DO NOT PAY for the shipping as they will not refund you when they don't use it.

Selection was great and fantastic promotional price. True test will be once I have them installed and see the improvements when driving.t

Worst purchasing experience I have ever had.

Product shipped quickly, however, when I went to install - nothing but problems. Purchased H11 LED Low Beams & 9500 LED High Beams for my 2015 4Runnner TRD Pro per xenonpro's online recommendation system.

Low beams came with the electrical clips polarity reversed (because they were made in Germany according to Louis C. In XP customer service). Louis C. Told me to sand off the plastic tabs on the clips, turn them around and to then use electrical tape to keep them together. He never would answer if this would void my warranty.

High beams came in with the electrical clips polarity correct. Funny how the Germans have reversed polarity for low beams, but not for high beams. (Louis C. In customer service would not answer that question either.) One of the High Beam LED mounting brackets was broken so it would not seed properly in my 4Runner headlight housing. No solution provided by Louis C.

XenonPro customer service is one guy (Louis C.) who has the maturity of a 13 year old kid. His responses & solutions were unprofessional and down right rude. The customer is forced to use their online chat window, and they refuse to let the customer talk to anyone in management. When I said I would report them to the BBB, Louis C's response was "go ahead, they don't do anything anyways." When I said that I had contacted Visa and they directed me to return the product, Louis C. Refused to provide a Return Authorization (RMA) and he openly stated that he would delay issuing the RMA until after the return window closed so that XP would not have to take the product back nor issue a refund.

I finally got an RMA out of Louis C. And just sent the product back via FedEx (only shipper they will accept), at a cost of $24.13 for International Shipping - Xp doesn't cover return shipping either.

I know that I'm in for a fight for the 20% restocking charges, even though all my issues were product issues. Xenonpro is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
