Easy to Find what I wanted and Xenon Pro had it in stock. Setup was a little challenging but they worked perfectly once I found a work around.
I received the product. But it wouldn't fit. Customer service told me that Volkswagen's need an extra clip that i have to worry about myself. When i asked where, he told me that most of their customers know that already.
As far as i'm concerned, that is terrible customer service. So no i am in the process returning them, and paying restock and shipping charge.
I will never order from you people again, and have told several colleges.
I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 and I am currently having so issues that I am trying to work thru with XeonoPro support but I am not getting the help that I was expecting. I first tried the live chat and they some what tried then said it would be better to email or call XeonoPro support. So I emailed XeonoPro support and explained my issue in detail and they replied via email and said to go on a live chat and they will be able to help me. So I am not sure if I am going to get the help I need to resolve my issue
Most of the parts did not fit. I've been trying to get a RMA # to return part of my order for over a week now
Overall quality was good. I would have preferred a higher quality metal base rather than molded plastic. The plastic needed to be trimmed slightly in order to twist into the lock position. I ordered 35w ballasts and they are plenty bright on my Colorado.

Clear web site. Easy ordering. Good customer (chat) support. Product that arrived was NOT as described on the web site. Web site said 'plug and play'. Expensive modifications would have been necessary. Trying to return, via chat, they argued with me. I had to pay for return shipping when they made the mistake. Overall BAD experience!

I wanted to return them because even though I purchased the warning canceller and anti flicker devise, the lights flickered when first starting. The Customer service rep was very helpful in giving me an RMA. HOWEVER, your instructions by using Fed-Ex and shipping the return to Canada even though they were shipped from the United States would cost me $85.00. Total bull sh*&^ on an item that cost $119.00. Nice scam you got going. You make it easy to set up the return, but your stupid instructions make it unaffordable. I'll be selling them on Ebay.

My shopping experience was quick and easy I live in Canada New Brunswick the product look like it came from Montreal from the tracking information if that's the case I pay duty fees in US pricing to get it to Canada when I already live in Canada And the product came from Canada I could be wrong about that though it only took two days to get here so I can't see it coming from the states and only taking two days
The H11 headlights fit as they should, but I got the brightest ones that fit my truck and i think the factory bulbs are brighter.

Quick and easy and the chat guy was a awesome help with everything BUT he said they would give me another 5 % discount if I filled out survey right then and I did and never received the discount! My daytime running lights don't work right and u emailed them and they were rude and said that I had to go to website and chat which I did and sent them a chat and waited 5 minutes and they responded and sent them another chat and waited another 5 minutes for response and got tired of wasting my time so needless to say I have lights that want don't even work right! I did get high beams and fog lights and they work great and are awesome
