Ordered off your website for my 2017 Ford CMax, the high and low beam LED headlights, with the assurance that the ones ordered WILL FIT my CMax. XenonPro ONLY has their technical service available via chat, NOT THROUGH TELEPHONE. That became a real problem. When my mechanic had taken the time to remove the first headlight housing on my CMax, it was clear that not only did the LED headlamps not fit in the enclosed area for the OEM headlight bulb, but the locking rings did not line up with the OEM rings on the housing. The only way I could receive any help from XenonPro while at the service shop, was to connect to their chat. The operator insisted that my mechanic was doing the installation wrong, that it had to fit. Sorry, it did not fit. Finally, when I told them that I had to send the lamps back, XenonPro was going to charge me a 20% re-stocking fee! Wait, What? For their screw up, I was going to be hit with 20%? Told them I would not pay it and they FINALLY had a manager OK a waiving of the fee. XenonPro has to get better info from the bulb manufacturer to assure a proper fit. WON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.
Easy to order on the website, order placed late on Friday and with the holiday on Monday, it was shipped on Tuesday and received on Wednesday. Fast service and no dealings with Customs and Duties.

55watt HID's are SUPER bright!
The reason for the 1 star is, I ordered the yellow tint, however what I received was blue tint lamps. The packaging all indicated yellow. I am pleased with the ease of installation and the quality of the product.
I purchased LED bulbs previously and they were pretty bad for beam pattern and light output. Hence the reason I'm going to HID's.
One of the HID bulbs has a small flicker within the overall beam so i'm not 100% happy with the overall experience.
Order was placed on a Friday for a 2 day shipping for parts that should have been received on a Wednesday but delivered on a late Friday afternoon and charged $9.95 for shipping fee oh well
