I Received the lights for my 2007 Ram 1500. I also ordered the anti warning and flicker components. The lights worked fine as long as the truck was not running. With the truck running and I turned the lights on they would flash twice then go out and not come back on. I got on the web site to chat for tech help and was told by Louis C to wait until tomorrow because all the techs were gone. The next day I joined the chat again, answered by Louis C. I explained what was happening and he said to take out the anti warning anti flicker components and try it. I did that and the only difference was that they would blink four times prior to going out and not coming back on. He had no suggestions and took his time about answering me. I am sure he is busy but where the techs that I had to wait until the next day to talk to. These are the lights that XenonPro's web sight said would work and they did not. I asked about sending them back and he said sure; but, I would have to pay a restocking fee. I could see paying a restocking fee had I ordered the wrong lights but that is not the case, the product did not work as advertised therefore, I should not have had to pay the restocking fee. While getting 80% of my money back is better than nothing, it is not right. I will not order from them again.
After reviewing other brands Xenon Pro looks like the best of the best
The order was a bit misleading,never mentioned the amount was converted to US funds & there were 5%& 10% discounts & I got the 5%.
The process was quick and easy to use!
Customer support was great. I wish customer support could also be reached by phone as the online chat wait times were very long at peak times.
