It was suppose to be 2 day delivery and it took 5 days. One of the LED headlights was cracked but didn't bother sending back and have to wait 10 days for replacement. Bought another set different brand for back up. Had back up LEDs in 2 days.

Shopping was easy. Now lets see how long will it take and how will it work

Definitely would come back again in the future. Very easy to use site. Only issue I had is the instruction manuals were poorly translated to English.

Easy install. Lights didn't "snap" into place as well as the factory ones did. I had to use zip ties and the wires to get them to stay in place. If I didn't do that I would be afraid they would fall out during normal driving.

The light output is great, just the security of how they fit was a little off.

I was a bit disappointed in the brightness of the product, fell short of my expectations for an LED bulb. Also purchased the anti flicker harness which did not work when installed and just hooked factory plug in direct and bulbs then worked. Again the maximum 45w units not as bright and pronounced as expected.

I thought that I was to receive the products within a few business days, however, it took 14 business days.

I have just tried installing the products in my truck and they didn't work. I have not yet reached out to the support team but am optimistic that I will receive the appropriate help.

Well your live chat had no way to respond, wanted to ask a question but couldn't?

Needed to have several components cabled together to complete the installation - a little cobbed together - could use some effort to engineer the pieces to fit together better - I had to come up with my own zip-tie packaging. Curious about durability of system given the way it goes together.
